courtney and his workouts keep me coming back – bootcamp republic is one of the best workouts i have ever had. i take courtney paul's mon/wed sessions and have noticed more changes in my body from bootcamp than from any other physical activity i've done, including training for and running a marathon. on the days when i just go running by myself, i miss bootcamp! courtney always makes it fun and motivational which is one of the reasons i keep coming back. if you're looking for a way to mix up your same-old workout routine, this is it. you won't be bored, that's for sure!
Working out is fun again! – I've been doing bootcamp with bootcamp republic for 3yrs now and plan to continue going. It's such a great way to get excercise without being bored. I love all the instructors here because they are all passionate about helping us reach our physical goals. I'd highly recommend bootcamp republic for the great instructors and the many locations they have to choose from.
Best Workout Ever – I signed up for bootcamp to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. It was the best decision I made. I enjoyed going so much I decided to continue with bootcamp after the wedding. I loved the results I saw.
Bootcamp Republic – Amazing Class!
I started taking the outdoor bootcamp last summer and was quickly hooked. It is a great workout, insprirational and fun at the same time. I have seen great results.
Courtney Paul is a great trainer and makes each class a lot of fun. I have met some great friends at class. I highly recommend this!
Amazing workout w great results! – I love Bootcamp Republic! I started by just trying out one session, and I am now hooked! Courtney Paul is an awesome instructor and makes each session new and challenging, but still lots of fun! You will def see results after even just one 3- week session...Courtney really cares about his clients achieving their goals, and will go above and beyond to help them do so!
Great Workout for ALL Levels – I absolutely loved Bootcamp Republic! The instructor, Sarah Ann, was wonderful. She did a great job providing moves that were challenging for all levels of participants and keeping everyone motivated through encouragement. In three weeks, I really saw results from this program and plan to continue to participate. It actually makes me excited to wake up at 5:30 am. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a non-threatening program that really delivers results.
Best thing i have done to get me in shape – Well I do love it! I am not a gem person so this works really well. It does get you motivated with nice crowed and competent trainers. For those of us who are chronically delinquent to do exercise this would be your best thing to do.
Amazing results – I've lost a little over 20 pounds since working with Courtney. My arms are toned and my legs look great. For pant/dress size I’m half of what I was this time last year. Courtney really does care about getting you the results you want. He will alter the exercise for any type of injury and will push you that extra mile. This has now become my regular exercise routine. If you get the chance, try it and you’ll be hooked.
Best Thing I Ever Did For Myself – I’ve done Bootcamp Republic now for over a year in Prospect Park with the lovely Nicole Caruth—not only did I lose 30 pounds but I also gained so much in terms of strength, endurance, and most importantly confidence. I can freely describe myself as “energy efficient” (some may say lazy) because I’d really rather not work out at all; I’d prefer to sit around and read or watch Netflix. But, after signing up for Bootcamp there was no turning back. First, I was going to go because I paid for it. Secondly, I really enjoy being outside and Prospect Park is great (looking at a beautiful sky makes abs work tolerable). Thirdly, all the people I’ve met in the program have been wonderful, supportive people, and I’ve actually made some fabulous friends because of it. Those supporting factors helped me to stick with the very rigorous program, and as a result I have seen my body transform. I feel so much healthier and I am much more physically capable (like I was in my youth before I had a multiple hip and knee surgeries during my adolescence).
DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS... – Oh Bootcamp Republic, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...Yes, these classes are so awesome, they bring out my inner Shakespeare.
I've completed several sessions and they've all been fantastic. Since I've been doing this now for a few years, I've had the pleasure of meeting many of the trainers, all of whom are consummate professionals whose only focus is to help their clients achieve personal goals -- whether it's shedding weight, increasing stamina, building endurance, etc. Regardless of class size, I've always received individual attention and was trained based on my abilities and never treated as a nameless recruit. Despite it's name, this isn't a "Drop down and give me 50!" type situation, although you will get a through and challenging work out and feel sore, which is a good thing. No matter your fitness level, you will work out within your limits, and will never feel like you're being pushed too far or feel inferior to the person next to you who may be Ms. Triathlon of the Year or Mr. Muscles. Every session comprehensively targets muscle groups and is a great combination of cardio and strength training. Best of all, every single time it's different, so it doesn't get boring or repetitive. After three weeks, you WILL feel and see results...and then comeback for more, as I have done. The camaraderie that inevitably builds between the trainer and the students is also something that inspires you to keep going, and one of my favorite things about doing this.
One other thing that must be mentioned is location: they have so many, it's way more convenient that any gym. There's nothing more serene and invigorating than working out in a park with your new friends. Not only that, you can pretty much find a Bootcamp near you at any time of the day. Also, they're super accommodating in the event you need to reschedule a class because of a last - minute work meeting or personal emergency.
All in all, the trainers, the classes, the locations, the times...this is an incredible deal any way you slice it. I will be leaving New York soon and I can honestly say my Bootcamp classes will be sorely missed.
