Great Food Wonderful Atmosphere – It's a must do for anyone wanting a new & delightful experience in the Yountville area. It's up there with the best of them. Mr. Chiarello knows his ingredients & puts them together very well. I can't wait to go back.

Food Network star and Napa Valley restaurateur Chef Michael Chiarello gets in touch with his culinary roots at this farm-to-table Italian restaurant in Yountville. – With his long-awaited Yountville restaurant, Michael Chiarello proves he's more than just a food network phenomenon and a retail mogul. He's first-order chef who can play with the Napa Valley big boys. Inside the historic building, heavy timber beams and exposed bricks construct an old-world framework for three dining areas and an open kitchens. Later in the night, locals flock to the clamorous copper bar or the outdoor lounge warmed by two wood burning fireplaces. The menu--refined Italian meets rustic Californian--is classic Chiarello. Signature small bites include warm pecorino pudding with spicy rapini or the foie gras foccacia panino with zinfandel grape mosto. Other meat-based mainstays include arrosto of Duroc pork with honey sage apples or house -cured grey salt prosciutto.
