I am still new to Atlanta and I recently was in desperate need of a facial and a waxing. I checked with several salons in the area, unfortunately I found no luck. I was willing to drive as far as 20 miles, but I was ecstatic to learn that the right spa was right in my backyard. I don’t want to really discuss my procedures that I got, but one thing that I can say is that they met my high standards. My esthetician Daiva was informative and offered some strong products that I felt had great healing affects. They definitely perform much better than the products you would get at your department store. This was my second time here and I will surely be back again. From your worst client, Julia :)
CHEATED & DISAPPOINTED! I took my younger sister here for her college graduation gift, hoping it would be a perfect day. To my disappointment, this spa day turned into a miserable experience. After booking for a massage and facial for each of us, the lady doing her my sister's facial added 4 "add on" services to her facial without asking either of us. I feel she took advantage of a young girl having her first facial. Then she and the owner lied and disputed it implying she had asked for it. These "add on's" added $150 to our bill. Additionally, my facial was not very good.....my skin seemed exactly the same when I got home, as it did before I went there. I've had a facial before at Spa Sydell, and it left my skin radiant. This place....not even close. The massage was mediocre. I've had better massages for much less. It was weak and she didn't even touch my back....only my shoulders. I read lots of good reviews, which is the reason I chose this spa, but I only feel cheated and disappointed. This place is overpriced, dishonest, and just not very skilled in their services. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!
Worth your $ – For those who are scared of ...... "waxing" go to Buckhead Grand. It's not a pain-free procedure so look around for a professional. As for myself I don't need to check any more places. I found who I was looking for, Daivia, and offering a few $ more at BGS to get everything meticulously off with minimal pain is worth it, than going to a cheap fast-wax place. Because of her sweet personality, distraction and skills, she makes me feel as comfortable as possible. Will be visiting again for sure!
Worth to come – It is a boutique spa with it's charm. I found it online and it was easy to get last minute appointment. I've been dealing with some skin issues lately and Daiva, my esthetician, was fantastic, very kind and really helped to get rid of some problems. She was careful to select organic skin care products that wouldn't harm my sensitive skin. My masseuse, Leticia, made a real effort to find every problematic spot. I knew from the first touch that she was going to deliver a great massage. The facility was immaculate, right prices, no product pushing. I scheduled my next appointment already- a surprise couples massage for our anniversary. I highly recommend this business. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did!
Very relaxing day... – What a relaxing treat from my husband, such a nice staff and location, will visit again soon!
Just positive... – I got a brazilian waxing with Natalie recently. Phenomenal attention to details, impeccably clean. I also had a spa package as a gift some time ago. It was a half of the day very well spent.
best couple spa time my husband and I ever had – well what can i say. I chose here for one of the three
gifts that I was giving my husband for his 53rd birthday.
needless to say they really pampered the both of us. It was truly amazing. we have had spa service in the past, but this beats them all. they were really first class.
i highly recommend them to everyone. the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful, and extremely nice. Just go and you will see why we are so satisfied. First Class For Sure!!!!!
Loved our experience this past weekend – Googled. Close to Intercontinental. Tried. Massage- me, facial and waxing(necessary!)- partner. Excellent quality.
P.s. We saw Ne-Yo getting treatments there as well.
