Autobanh was an amazing experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it couldn't have been easier then Ed had made it for me. I had been trying to purchase a vehicle the past four months and visited autobanh website on a regular basis due to there quantity of cars going in and out. When i finally found a car I was interested in, I called autobanh and made a schedule to go see it and when i got there Ed asked if i needed help and next thing you know i was signing papers and purchasing my first car. So i would like to thank Ed and the great team at autobanh for making it such a pleasurable experience.

This is the first review I have ever written. I used DealerRater to do a lot of research, but I’m not one to write a review for a place. Therefore, this is a pretty big deal for me at least - because I want to let everyone else using this website know about the absolutely wonderful experience me and my parents had at Autobahn USA! I apologize for the long review, but I feel these guys deserve it. For some context - I am a medical student and I was in need of a car for my 3rd year of school (when we need to go out to clinical sites such as hospitals and doctors’ offices). Since med school doesn’t include money in their loan package for personal transportation, I had to take up a job to save money for a car. After spending 3-4 months researching what to expect when searching for used cars (I can in no way afford a brand new one), how to spot lemons, Massachusetts laws and regulations on returning cars, what to ask dealers, how to negotiate the price down to every last penny, maintenance issues, oil changes, buying vs. leasing, depreciation and residual values, and what car to get, I finally narrowed my choice down to 3 dealerships. I have a strong research background (published in academic medicine and healthcare 4 times), so I don’t overlook anything, especially when it comes to a major purchase such as this. Summary: I did a LOT of high quality homework into everything about purchasing cars.

The Beginning: Autobahn USA was the first dealership I went to on a Monday night. No prior phone call or emails were exchanged - I just walked in with my dad. They were busy, but after walking around for less than 2 minutes, Stu, the sales manager, asked if I was being helped. When I told him I was waiting, he immediately got up and kindly introduced me to a sales specialist named Ron. My dad and I sat down with Ron, who started out by offering us free coffee - very hospitable! After my dad got a cup, we started talking business. Since I had already planned on financing the car, I had a monthly budget in my head. After selecting the car, I asked if they would drop their already low price even further. Ron told me he’ll see what they could do. After a little back and forth, we negotiated the price down a few hundred dollars. I told them that I would need some time to consider it, and I left.

Afterwards, I went to the next dealership on my list, which was in Boston. Again, I told them about situation, budget, and what I was looking for. Although they were very courteous, they could not find the vehicle I wanted in my price range. Furthermore, since I didn’t have a car ownership history (all the vehicles I had driven were in my dad’s name) I was getting a rather large interest rate on a loan with a shorter term than I could afford for my monthly budget, despite my excellent credit score. Autobahn USA was looking even more appealing now. After much discussion with my family, and a good night’s rest, I went back to Autobahn the next morning.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. Seriously - their prices are unbeatable, their sales specialists are very respectful and courteous, and the shopping experience is completely transparent. If I ever need a car in the future, I’ll definitely be returning here. If you’re in the market for a lightly used car in excellent condition, seriously consider this dealership. You will not be disappointed!

Kyle was a very helpful salesman that was straight forward with everything that we needed to know, while still having a lot of energy around everything making the whole buying experience feel that much more natural instead of being pushed into a car like a lot of dealerships do. I would recommend Kyle to anyone that is looking for a can and doesn't want to deal with any of the "BS" that other dealers may play to get you to buy with them. I love the new Mini Cooper and how easy it was to buy the car and the fact that the price was the best of exactly what i wanted.

Kyle was an excellent and wonderful person to work with. He made the buying experience a memorable and easy one. He has a great sense of humor and was exceptionally polite. Why I would return, well the atmosphere at Audobahn was phenomenal Great tunes playing in the dealership, and I was able to find my dream minivan. I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle and I would recommend Autobahn to my family and friends. Thanks Autobahn, and Kyle.

This is the first time I've ever taken the time or had the desire to leave a review of a car dealership or it's employes, however am pleased to do so in this case. My initial contact was with Ron. Just prior to Thanksgiving I phoned the dealership and spoke with Ron. A very polite and straight talker, he took the information I provided, and returned my call in a timely manner with the information I desired. When I met him I was pleased to find him a cordial gentleman who was a straight shooter. Did he do the "let me talk to my manger" bit....of course he did, however you wouldn't be in a dealership if you didn't at least shake the manager's hand! That brings us to Stu. Another fairly straight shooter, who was not overbearing or pushy in the least. It always helps when all parties at the table are educated about cost and profit. Stu minimized the nickel and dime BS most buyers dread. Then there's Tom in finance. He actually DID NOT try and sell me some crazy extended warranty. Thank You Tom for excusing me from that torture, and thank you for your service to your country. Do yourself a favor....go to their website and see if there's a vehicle on their lot you think you might be interested in. If you do see something you like, pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did!!!
