worst salon I have ever been to, and Michael Joseph is the worst colorist I have ever been to. RUN, stay away, and they have no professionalism or integrity
I contacted Blond's Hair Salon and asked them If I bought the Groupon today can I use it today, she instructed me not to buy the groupon and whatever deal they have on groupon she will honor it in-store. When I arrive at the store she told me it is no longer available on groupon and charged me 305.00 for a haircut blow dry and keratin hair treatment. I checked online and it is still available for only a fraction of what I paid. I will never use groupon again only because businesses do not honor them. Having penalties for businesses like this will be great.
the worst!! Went in with groupon offer. They switched my confirmed well rated stylist with Alison. Lovely lady TERRIBLE stylist. I wanted a straight even shoulder length bob all the way around and it turned out to be the most uneven choppy mess ever (thank goodness for ponytails) Also the owner of the salon was there and never spoke to any client. They regularly post groupn deals but treat those clients like garbage instead of using it for an opportunity to turn it into a repeat customer. MONEY GRUBBERS. DO NOT GO TO BLONDI's
Worst haircut and worst salon experience of a lifetime - with no close second. I am older and had a coupon. That gave them the right, they believed, to give me a 5 minute haircut, keep me waiting for more than an hour, increase prices and charge me for a service I was told would be complimentary because I was kept waiting.
Great Experience! – I got cut and color done at Blondi's by Brenda and was very satisfied. The cut is very precise, the color is perfectly matched and everyone was polite and professional. Not overly expensive either!
I would definitely return and would recommend Brenda. I found her on a recommendation from another happy customer and haven't looked back. Thanks Brenda!
Dont go there...terrible customer service and bad cut – My friend went there about a year and a half ago for a simple cut. Her hair was already long, blond and beautfiul. She had an appt with apparently one of the owners (a blond lady) and I knew she was getting her hair cut and since I lived right across the street, I came by to see her new cut...only to be totally treated badly by the owner...she looked me up and down, like how dare I walk into her salon and start talking to her customer, who by the way, was one of my best friends! Her cut was terrible...I felt bad for her...she was better off leaving it long with split ends then all jagged for a 'layered' cut. I'll never go there myself.
How to Check Authenticity – Dear customers and future customers. We advise you to always check the authenticity of reviews and I have a suggestion on how to do so. We just ask you to be a informed consumer and always scope out business reviews from credible sites. Credible sites such as LifeBooker where to leave a review the client must have a recorded appointment, this verifies they were actually customers of the business. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! – I called to make an appointment. I was on hold for awhile (5 minutes or more) but im a receptionist so i totally understand. Selina answered I asked if there was any space at 11:30, she said rudely and i mean rudely i dont know, no in the same breath. So i said very nicely literally just asking, o you dont know? and she said even nastier ehhh i can check even though i checked two seconds ago. I called her a bitch and hung up. BIIITCH, gettaa job that suites you.
Attentiveness and Technical Expertise – First time there, needed color. Fatima listened, asked the right questions, checked on the work in progress frequently and did an excellent job of color plus highlights. She's warm and knowledgeable, careful, and moves around her work with such an expert flow that it resembles choreography.
Very patient and understanding – I came here looking for a dye and a cut - I worked with Fatima, who was very nice, gentle and patient. Her cut and blow dry was beautiful. However, I didn't end up getting the color I want. BUT, when I went back and complained, they were able to redo the color and blow dry free of cost, which I really appreciated. Thanks goes out to Fatima who had to do it again, but had so much patience and a great attitude about it all. I would come back to this place.
