Doug's BOotcamp IS #1 – Doug's Boot Camp is the best ALL body workout EVER.. After day one of boot camp you will be hooked, IT is so much fun that you forget you are working out. AND the best part is that you feel results after your first workout session (I know I sound crazy) but you seriously feel your body different and within a week or two you CAN see, and others will SEE the results in you. I have been a returning client even after reaching my desired goal. It's just great to workout with someone who is inspiring, motivating and really cares about the results his clients want to get.

Ready to Get Fit? – After attending Doug Rice's Boot Camp for 6 months I went from a size 14 to a size 8. I am a very busy person and hate feeling like I am doing something and not getting results, that is NOT the case with THIS boot camp! After the first week of sessions I noticed a difference in my mid-section, arms, and back. This total-body workout experience is amazing, keeps you going for the entire hour. Doug has a great attitude toward fitness, healthy eating, and healthy life style choices. I was an athlete in college and thought that I had pushed myself to my fitness limits, but Doug helped me push through those limits and reach a different level of total body fitness! I always recommend this Boot Camp to friends and so I will recommend it to you! Do it, you wont regret it!
Best workout of my life!!!! – This review does not give me enough space to write about how much I love Doug?s Bootcamp. My first class I was so nervous and I had no clue what I got myself into?plus I knew I was not in shape (unless round is a shape, lol). After my second session, I was hooked! Doug?s Bootcamp was so much fun that I started looking forward to Mondays (even though it meant the beginning of a new work week). After a few months, I noticed I had muscle tone in places I never knew could look so pretty! I even received compliments on how good my back and shoulders looked. I started losing weight and having a blast while doing it! The workouts never got boring and I felt great after each session. Doug truly knows how to get ya moving. I also met some great friends! With Doug?s enthusiasm and friendly faces, it was so easy to push myself to workout harder ? class would be over before I knew it. For the first time in a long time, I am excited about bikini season. Thank you Doug! You rock!
Doug got me back in shape! – I woke up one day after a softball game and realized that I was so sore that I could barely move. That's when I decided to make a real effort to get back into shape. But I hated going to the gym. So I asked my fiance (now wife) Lisa, who was already attending Doug's Bridal Boot Camp and raving about how great of a workout she was getting, if Doug would be willing to train me. Doug accepted the challenge and I have been attending his workouts for two+ years. And now I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life! Doug's focus on strength training and interval training has vastly improved my running times and my overall physical and mental health. I continue to train with Doug and don't plan on stopping.
I have never felt better! – I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up for
Doug's Bootcamp, but I knew that I had really high expectations of
the way that I wanted to look and feel. Doug and his Bootcamp pushed me to work harder than I ever have,
and I came out a new person-with a new toned body and
a new outlook on the way that I work out. All you need is 3 hours
a week (that's all!) with Doug to start looking and feeling like a
new person. Bootcamp was the greatest thing that I could have ever
done for myself and I will always be grateful to Doug for helping me
exceed my expectations. :)
A Bootcamp That Gives Results – If you?re anything like me, then you most likely lack
some discipline when it comes to exercise and fitness.
I knew I would need some help if I was going to look the
way I wanted. Going to the gym or trying some type of new fad diet
wasn?t going to cut it. I started on Doug?s boot camp and within the
first month I had lost about 10 pounds. Now that is
some motivation! His exercises and circuit training
was very effective. He knows how to target those

Best Workout Ever! – I've always been active, running or playing sports, but Bootcamp with Doug is by far the best workout I've ever had. I originally joined to loose weight and look great for my wedding, but I just keep coming back for more. Doug's workouts are intense and fun. He keeps things varied so we never get bored. He works arms, legs, abs all in one workout, and I never thought I would enjoy running so much! I lost the weight I was never able to loose, and I've never felt better. After one workout, you'll be hooked too!
Best decision I ever made! – I made a pact with myself that over the course of the next several months I was going to really work hard and do what it would take to feel better about my body image. I began eating sensibly and I also joined Doug Rice?s boot camp. At first I didn?t think I could possibly fit anything more into my schedule. As it turns out, joining Doug?s boot camp was probably one of the best decisions I made. He was able to motivate me and keep me going when I felt like I wanted to quit. I was thrilled to find out that I could actually target certain areas of my body that I was ?extra concerned? about. In a matter of weeks I?d lost at least 10 lbs, my body fat % was reduced and I?d lost inches in all the right places. I looked amazing and what was even more important to me is that I FELT amazing. This same sentiment was confirmed by all the complements I received from friends and family, and especially my husband.
Best workout with a fantastic result – As a mother of 3 I never thought I can do such a workout. I was forced by my daughter to sign-up for Doug's booth camp and I have to say that was the best thing I have ever done in my life. Dougs work ethic, disipline and fun athmosphire made me get up early mornings to exercise and have fun at the same time. He works with every level but at the same time he pushes you to your highest level. The result I've got from his boot camp was amazing . I felt so much better overall and had so much energy to do my work. My body is toned and in great shape. I will recommand his boot camp to everyone without hesitation.
Amazing workouts! – Drive, motivation, and fun is what Doug brought to my life. I looked the best I've ever looked after training with his workout program. I was never a big runner growing up and I remember Doug actually teaching me what a "sprint" really is - during the cardio parts of the workout, I never thought I could do it - but he brought me to a different level of working out where I pushed myself beyond what I thought was possible. Every exercise -
using my own body or the balance disc, was challenging enough to
transform my muscles and help me lose body fat - and do-able enough to keep me
coming back and raise my confidence level immensely I felt so proud to have achieved the goals Doug and I set when we first met. His workouts are simply the best!
