Fit Zone – Fit- Zone is a great place to workout! I've been to alot of gyms and had alot of trainers, but none like Lori. She puts you to work and excepts no excuses.That really set the tone for all the other workout sessions. HARD & INTENSE! Guaranteed worth the money.

Great Workout!! – This is a great facility to get one- on-one training and to push your body to a different fitness level. Doing the same workout routine can become boring, but Fit Zone encompasses various exercises to help sculpt some of your body's most challenging areas. The trainers are well versed in various sports and know the appropriate exercises and movements to challenge you body and use muscles your body didn't know existed. Try Fit Zone out and I know you will get great results like I have.

Fit Zone Review – Every gym and bootcamp I joined had the same monotonous routines and unremarkable trainers that is, until I joined Fit Zone! Their workouts are challenging, creative, and fun! Each day I never knew what to expect. The coaches are very encouraging and my goals seem just as important to them as they are to me. Most importantly, I needed results and Fit Zone delivered.

TRAIN AT FIT ZONE – Its Simple... Fit zone will get you the results you want! Its hard training but its good for you! If you think its small then you are small. I love the small group fitness sessions because if give you that competitive edge that you desire while being instructed by the best Trainers. I love the fact that I can get in and get out between 25 - 45 min and still burn at minimum 700 calories. That's major!

Listen... don't just take my word. Call Lori or JT now for a day trial... I promise you will be coming back.

A great workout with a community personal touch! – It's small group training approach to a fast-paced intense workout to get your mojo going! I love the ability to come before or after work and know that I am going to get a great workout.

The workouts bring back the feeling I had as a collegiate athlete....as well as the shape I was in. I have been coming for over two years and I can not get enough. Lori is a great trainer that always motivates me and pushes me to be better.

I would recommend it to anyone that is ready to get into great shape with a little added camaraderie.

not Impressed – I have always been someone who likes to find different ways of keeping in shape. I wanted to try Fit Zone because they advertised a 3 week boot camp for a good price (compared to the other boot camps around atlanta), so I decided to give it a try.

Well, I was NOT impressed! The trainer NEVER asked me once about my goals or my interests or what I've done in the past. OTHER trainers I've had really sit down with you, get to know you and talk to you about your goals. She was lackadaisical about the workouts; read them to you from her list; does not really explain the workouts very well. The workouts were redundant and the facility itself is not a very big place. Not motivating also due to the fact that their were never more than 4 people there (and this is after a work day during the week). I told her numerous times, that I had a past shoulder injury, she appeared not very knowledgeable about how to modify the exercises. My shoulder was irritated after one of the workouts. She appeared unconcerned and didn't even ask me about how I had the injury in the first place. Isn't it the job of a trainer to have more knowledge of your clients!!!!!!! I am a therapist who works with injured people so I know the results of poor body mechanics and how to modify exercises. When I told her I was not pleased with the program, she gave me an attitude; asked me why I came in the first place. Well, I paid a lot of money!!!! When I told her I couldn't make the last two sessions, she gave me the run around about getting my money back for those sessions.

I hope she reads this and realizes she needs to adjust her attitude and how she teaches her clients. She was very arrogant. And for someone who makes a lot of money running this mediocre facility, she needs to smile more.

I never thought I would be in this good of shape – I was tired of being out of shape. I started running. Soon, I injuried myself. I recovered and started again. I could never seem to run 2 to 3 miles without pain or being too tired. Until I met Lori.....

I started working out at FitZone about one year ago. It has changed my life. I have lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle, but not in a body builder way. I started with the goal of being able to run the Peachtree Road Race last year. This year, I'm running my first half marathon. Training for it was easy. After working with Lori, I feel like I can do anything.

Great workout, and fun too! – I have always hated working out and have avoided it for much of my life. I finally decided, in my 30s, that it was time to get in shape. I thought I would jump in with the boot camp and see how I liked it. After two weeks of boot camp, I was ready to join the gym. The workouts are hard, but they are typically under 30 minutes. The gym members are all fun, and their to help motivate. No one at this gym has a perfect body, and everyone is there for the same reason - to get fit.

I highly recommend this gym!!

I wasn't into working out, now I am – I wasn't into working out until I joined this gym. Now I go five days a week. I like working different muscles every day. I like that I don't have to think up my own workout - Lori does that for us! Lori shows us the proper form and technique, which is incredibly helpful for someone like me who had no clue what a squat thruster was! The workouts are hard but you definitely see results. We do all sorts of exercises - running, jumping, sit-ups, push-ups, weights, jump rope, pull-ups, squats - just to name a few. I am really glad I found this gym.

BEST WORKOUT ON THE PLANET! – This place is awesome. I already had a membership at a national gym chain but was not satisfied because the trainers seemed to be "just playing" and not directing me to better fitness. Some pounds had accumulated over the years and I needed some serious intervention. After much research and a number of "gym visits", when I finished talking to Lori and some of the members, I was in love with this gym! I needed the personal accountablity and serious sense of purpose that is found at Fit Zone. I work hard and am seeing fantastic results. The workouts are purposeful and designed to work every muscle group. It is never boring because you don't know what you are going to be doing until you get there and they post "the workout of the day". Wow, Lori is right on time and does what she says she's going to do in terms of follow-up and expectations. When it comes to fitness, it doesn't get any better than this. I recommend this gym to anyone who really wants to train their body to be it's best.... and it's all done at Fit Zone. Gotta love it!
