Enjoyed the music, Enjoyed the older crowd (which are entitled to have fun too) reference the drinks. I don't mind paying $10 for a black label when they charge you $18 in Brickell, and S.Beach. For the people that consider the drinks to be expensive, I'd love to know where you get a black label or grey goose for $5.00 when it's NOT a happy hour.

The only downfall I found was that you leave smelling like a cigarette. Nothing Tide nor Shampoo can't take care of. Enjoy life, it's too short!

Will be back for sure. :)

I LOVE this place!!! I'm 35 and love the older crowd because it is soooooo much less dramatic than most places with the younger crowds. I don't mind the price of drinks because there is never a cover and they are always super strong. I love this place and loved all the concerts I've seen there!

I ALWAYS HEAR ABOUT THIS CLUB ON 93.9 MIA....BUT JUST TO HEAR THAT DRINKS ARE SO EXPENSIVE IS A DEFINITE REASON NOT TO TRY IT OUT!!!!!!

Kind of an older scene and a little too pricy for what you get. Mixed review really.

VERY DISAPPOINTED – Was looking forward to it - as soon as we arrived (at 10:30 pm), we were called to the bar by the bartender. He asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two vodkas with cranberry and were charged a whopping $20! After he took my money (did not ring it up, simply placed it on the counter behind him), he said - oh, and apple martinis are free 'till 11:00 pm -

For an establishment that is trying to gain popularity, this is the perfect strategy to KEEP PEOPLE AWAY - Decent people don't trick others. I will never step foot again in that dark, decrepit place!

Old club, old people – OMG. I am in my early forties, but I felt like a young kid. 99 percent of the people there were fifties plus. The place looked like it was someones house, dark, depressing, not enough colored lights (the lady holding a flashlight like a spotlike was the icing on the cake! no lie). They played Disco all night that was pretty good. I cant complain about that. They had a live performer that was pretty good too. 11/27/10 If you are older and want a fun place to dance, this is your place. If you're a little younger and want to get your groove on, go somewhere else.

Balsero Land – If you are looking to dance the night as though you were in Havana, this is the place to go.

Retro dance sounds live on at this unpretentious beat hub. – This hotel scene pays homage to the great dance halls of the 1980s--like Cassanovas and Club 1235--when DJ Ciro Llerena ruled over the club scene during the battle of Miami and New York City for Latin freestyle supremacy. The same beatmaster keeps the party going here, where lights rain down from both levels, rightfully placing the spotlight on the grooving. The upper deck accommodates guests who simply want to soak up the ambience, while VIP customers retreat to their own lounge fitted with plush sofas and more throw pillows than a linen store.
