Miguel Vargas eats, sleeps, & breathes all things ttc. suspension training has become his passion over the past 2 years & has helped him excel in swimming, cycling, & natural bodybuilding. as a level 3 trx master trainer, his only goal is to deliver exciting, challenging, & safe classes at the ttc. when he’s not teaching you may see him greeting folks at the front desk, popping his head into classes, or even folding those yellow towels you desperately need during your workouts. if you’re coming in for the first time, give him a call & schedule a one-on-one appointment to learn the fundamentals of trx suspension & rip training. he wants to make your body your machine, Alexis Craig is a ninja cheerleader, a harvard alum & a nasm certified personal trainer. she proudly performs w/ cheer sf & the shamanic cheerleaders, & offers a spotlight to homeless kids as a volunteer for a home away from homelessness. for over three years, Alexis has used the trx to inspire friends & strangers – cheerleaders, desk jockeys, fighters, yogis, kids, grannies, models, lululemon-istas, astrophysicists, wannabe’s, quadriplegics, fighters, professional athletes, soccer moms, dancers, couch potatoes, & rockstars like you. specializing in silly stunts, Alexis might be spotted in disguise for guerilla marketing episodes w/ the trx street team, or spontaneously twirling upside-down on her trx from playgrounds, trees, streetlights & doorframes. you & your friends can expect a body awakening experience w/ a good sweat, a deep stretch, & some smart energetic encouragement in each of Alexis’s classes., born & raised in north pole, Alaska self transplanted to the east bay in pursuit of dreams & an enhanced quality of life. callienne is a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, massage practitioner, yoga instructor & fitness model. she strives to help people make realistic life long changes to improve their health & overall well being. callienne is a very passionate, driven, & committed person when it comes to achieving dreams & helping others attain theirs. she aspires is to be a face of fitness. the aim is to portray a realistic, healthy, classy, strong image to women & young girls. the goal is to inspire & motivate people through all walks of life to pursue their dreams & ambitions., Charles grew up overseas in an army family, & has bounced around the globe quite a bit. he has participated in several team & endurance sports throughout his life, & began focusing on trail & road running events since moving to the bay area in 2007. in addition to being a trx instructor, he is also a nasm certified personal trainer, usa track & field coach, spin instructor, & swim coach. Charles enjoys pouring his passion for fitness into his trx classes & helping others achieve their goals through functional movements & rounds of cardio. check out the schedule & join him for a class at the trx training center soon, Doug is a bay area native, but migrated south to san Diego state university where he studied sports medicine & ultimately earned a bachelors degree in kinesiology. while in san diego, Doug played rugby at sdsu and, believe it or not, weighed 250 lbs! after succumbing to injuries which resulted in four surgeries, he decided to continue his athletic pursuits by joining the cycling team. Doug’s been an inspirational & motivating member of the ttc team since 2008., a native of san Francisco, medwin is a trx gstc, stc & rip certified trainer. he is also a muay thai trainer & a certified mma conditioning coach through nesta & the mma conditioning association. medwin has spent years of personal training in muay thai kickboxing under the famous muay thai coach ganyao, studying in both san francisco & Thailand, serving as his junior trainer for a time. he competed on the state level & serves as a training partner, strength & conditioning coach, & teammate for several professional mma & kickboxing athletes. his fitness journey led the way to an over 135-pound weight loss accomplishment & was featured in men’s health in may of 2008. medwin loves high intensity workouts & will strive to push you to your limit in his classes., in 1993, during her first year of college at elon university in north Carolina, Diana took her very first weight lifting class. she didn’t realize that here she would find her calling & a lifelong enthusiasm for fitness. promptly transferring to Florida state university, she completed her degree in nutrition. Diana has been a trainer for 12 years at numerous gyms throughout Baltimore & the san Francisco bay area teaching fitness boot camps, yoga, strength & conditioning, weight lifting & trx suspension training. to add to her experience & expertise, she is also a dietician & nutrition coach. Diana is trx certified, ace certified, a board certified sports dietician & a registered dietician. when Diana is not at the ttc, you can find her weight lifting or competing as a triathlete & ultra cyclist. because she loves to try new things, she began training in muay thai & boxing to mix up her fitness routine. when Diana is not training, she loves to travel. she also works for the sierra club leading participants to sea kayak & camp along the na pali coast in Kauai. if you want to take your training to the next level, you can be sure Diana will lead you in the right direction, if you know jamel well, you’ll understand his addiction to fitness. he has always lead an active lifestyle & finds his comfort zone in any adrenaline-induced activity. Since his move from Chicago to the bay area in 2000, Jamel has driven his “work hard, play hard” mentality to another level. while searching for a new challenge to supplement his muay Thai training, he was introduced to the trx. a new addiction began & shortly after, he became a certified trx suspension training instructor. in addition to teaching trx, jamel is a muay thai kickboxing instructor. he has been teaching fighters, law enforcement officials & fitness enthusiasts of all levels for 3 years & has also committed some training time in Thailand. to add to his fitness arsenal, jamel is also a nasm certified personal trainer & a boot camp instructor. expect to be pushed past your limits in any of his classes, as jamel will motivate you to harness your potential!, grew up in the Midwest, before moving to san Francisco in 2002. chase played club volleyball & ran track while growing up in Illinois. while attending Illinois state university, chase worked as an athletic trainer for a local football team. fitness has always been & will always be a part of her life. after discovering the trx training center several years ago, she became addicted. she brings energy & motivation to every class to push you beyond what you think you can do. while not teaching or taking a class from another awesome instructor at trx, you will find her running around the city or hiking some local mountain., mai is a graduate of the university of Florida w/ a masters in clinical exercise physiology, where she served as a wellness coordinator & a strength & conditioning graduate assistant. she received her bachelors degree in kinesiology at in Diana university in Bloomington. Mai has a certified strength & conditioning specialist certification from the national strength & conditioning association. she served two years as a fitness director for Parkpoint health clubs in Sonoma county & is now working as the assistant general manager of fitness at golden gateway tennis & swim club & san Francisco tennis club. “in all my years of training, i have found the trx to be one of the best training tools out there. the progressions are limitless & it involves so many functional, integrated movements that can be transferred into any sport or activity. my greatest satisfaction is seeing people reap the internal & external benefits of exercise while reaching their full fitness potential.”...

Great place to increase energy, burn calories, get fit! – This is a wonderful fitness system for travel as well as working out on site. Designed by a Navy Seal-Stanford MBA for conditioning in the field, it is led by enthusiastic well-trained instructors.
..And, no, you don't have to be in top condition to start....they will guide you through the program as you build your strength and skill. ...(And while on break, ask for the background story of this amazing group!)

Best workout in town – but that's what you get into workout clothes for...right? Seriously, from their Cardio Circuit with Diana to the 6-week Boot Camp with Liana you will lose weight and gain strength. This is not 'pump you up' bulk strength - this is pure strength and conditioning. The right kind. Anyone can do it. Don't be scared. You will love it after just one class. Call me if you don't...seriously. I'd have to hear it to believe it.

Amazing Place to get in Shape – The TRX studio is amazing! The workouts are innovative, demanding, and fun, and their cadre of trainers are simply fantastic! I'd recommend this to anyone who's trying to get a hard body, or stay in shape.
