hot, hot, hot – I had a great time at Chi !! The place is great...loved the food, the ambience, the crowd.
I even got a glimpse of Mr. Timberlake himself.
I had fun and will definitely be back.
this place sucks – I am one to enjoy fine dinning. All that is needed to impress me is good service, good food, nice atmosphere, and good company. At Chi, all I had was good company.
From the short 10 minutes that we stayed, I have concluded that I will never return to this restaurant, nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone I like. If someone I don't like ask me for a restaurant recommendation, I would send them to Chi. I have never experience such horrible service, and to top it off, the most unprofessional and snobby person was the manager herself.
I guess I really can't give a review on the food since I did not stay long enough to order. But just from looking at the menu, everything is extremely overpriced. They seemed to not value their customers, so I have decided that my money should be spent else where.
don't eat there – I had THE WORST experience there ever! The staff was rude, snotty, and unaccomodating. We had reservations for 8 but only 6 showed up on time. they seated us for 6 even though we told them more people would be coming. a friend came and we pulled up a chair. they refused to let us use the chair and said that if they needed it since they were fully booked, they would ask for it back. there was NO way we could have sat together without the chair. the waitress spilled out my friends drink on the table and did not replace it either. they could have used a better attitude towards us. we felt like our business was not needed there so we left. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS RUDELY EVER!!!!
Piece of Chi(t) – DON'T EAT HERE!
The menu is skimpy except in price and the restaurant seems inordinately proud of their four types of sauces.
Although we were seated promptly, it was at a table too small for our party. Then the waitress tipped over my beer, spilling it all over the table and knocking my empty glass onto the floor. She was apologetic, but not apologetic enough to replace it. She simply set the bottle upright. Didn't even bother to get me a new glass. She did, however, bring another sample tray of their four sauces.
When we borrowed a chair from one of the many empty tables to accommodate the 7th member of our party, we were told that if the empty table is filled later on, they would "politely" ask one of us to get up and they would take the chair. So, we "politely" asked for the check.
