Great doctor, excellent place – As a healthcare professional myself, I can say, with great confidence that I got top notch care at Healing Touch. I originally came to see Dr. Friedman with neck pain. Being a dentist, I currently get pain in my neck and back due to the way I sit all day with patients.

Not only did Dr. Friedman relieve my paing and made me feel better but he also taught me a better way to sit and proper posture.

From one doctor to another, he is wonderful in every way. I highly recommend him for anything from sports injury to occupational therapy to just going and getting a relaxing massage.

Excellent patient care and professional service – I had been coming to Healing Touch for years now with severe back pain and Dr. Vlad Friedman had given my life back to me. Unlike many other chiropractors out there (which I have been to prior to discovering this place) Dr. Friedman really focuses on spending time with patients and addressing their problems and concerns. He will provide excellent in-office care that is reinforced by home exercises. He is knowledgeable in the latest chiropractic techniques as well as holistic approaches. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone, including my family.

Doc Vlad is a rare find in Chiropractic care – I suffered a sports-related clavicle injury many years back. Residual trauma to my back and neck have been giving me life-debilitating grief ever since. Why? Because I didn't know how to take care of myself and how to heal.

Over time I've been to many chiropractors in the tri-state area. It was a guaranteed disappointment every time. The commonly practiced business model of processing as many patients as possible had little concern for my recovery and long-term health. The simple truth is that Chiropractic adjustments on their own do not work.

What works is a combination of education, ongoing physical therapy and chiropractic health. At this point in time, I can explain in detail, which muscle groups in my body are causing muscle spasms, which are weak and contribute to poor posture, which are causing misalignment in my neck and upper spine. I also know the stretches and exercises that I must work on between my visits to Dr. Vlad's office for his care, and our partnership for my longterm health, to be effective.

This is the relationship that Dr. Vlad established with me as his patient. Complete transparency, education, tutelage and care. It's working. I am stronger, more flexible, my body is healing. Most importantly, the adjustments hold.

If you want Fast Food Chiropractic - there are plenty of glorified quacks to be found on this site. Ten-minute crack-crack sessions is what you'll get. If you wish to commit to your recovery, then I encourage your to commit to a partnership with Dr. Vlad. He will help you get there.

And yes, he is, hands down, the nicest, friendliest Chiropracter I've ever met.

Thanks for everything Doc - I can't begin to describe what a breath of fresh air you are in this town. Hope your office doesn't get too crowded!

Dr. Friedman fixed my knee! – After six months of traditional physical therapy I had no results. My knees were still in pretty constant and unbearable pain. My orthopedic doctor suggested I check out this unique chiropractor who uses a combination of intense stretching, deep tissue work (prepare to be bruised) and taping. After only a couple of sessions, I was already feeling less pain. A short month and half later, I am pain free. Dr. Vladimir Friedman is not only great at what he does, but also has a great sense of humor that makes appointments fly by!
