Grava was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience there, and I have to say they did not disappoint.
Right from the start I was impressed at the professionalism and cleanliness of the place, and my good impressions really continued right through from the test drive, trade-in and sale negotiation.
I spoke to Peter, Jim, AND Tom in sales (at different times in a 6 month span) and they were all perfect gentlemen and had a very low-pressure and knowledgeable approach. Their prices were already the best we found online and they were even willing to be flexible to get a deal done as well as giving us the best deal on our trade in. Peter in particular was stellar to work with and we ended up purchasing from him because he literally called me a day after negotiations stalled to get a deal done and we couldn't be happier.
Honestly these guys were really a breath of fresh air after dealing with both Herb Chambers and Lawless who I were actually quite rude and unhelpful. Lawless broke my JEEP during their inspection and I had to have it towed out to be fixed elsewhere. Herb Chambers would not honor a factory recall on the JEEP and tried to get me to put a whole new transmission in on my dime after the recall stated that computer bugs in the transmission system could lead to a faulty tranny.
Sorry guys but that's not how you win business.
Grava gave me a VERY fair trade-in price (they are known to give the best trade-in deals in the area) and the service department was very thorough and efficient as well.
Seriously, these guys actually act like they want to sell you a car, but without the "club-a-baby-seal-to-make-a-deal" sort of rah-rah sales pitch that everybody hates.
I commend you Grava for being true professionals and I will certainly be sending anyone looking for a car to you guys, as my friend did for me.
My first experience with Grava Chrysler was with the body shop. They did a wonderful job replacing my left rear door and repairig my left rear quarter panel. They were very helpful in filing an insurance claim and getting the appraisal done. I was particularly impressed with James Murdock who has awesome customer service skills and who is committed to leaving his customers with a smile. I recommend the body shop very highly.
I have since had the service department replace the front end on my 300 C. They too were courteous and helpful.

I don't think the page is large enough to fit all the wonderful things I experienced at Grava Chrysler Jeep! I was shopping for a new Jeep for my daughter and had a lousy experience at another dealer which happened to be very close to my home so I got in the car and drove 1 hour to Grava after speaking with Mark on the phone. These people know what they are doing! They had a jeep I liked very much for my daughter and they gave me amazing pricing and had the entire process done in no time at all and I picked the car up the very next day. I actually can't wait till I'm in the market for another vehicle and Grava will be the only call I make. Thank you Mark & Frank for the fantastic service and my daughter loves her new Jeep Wrangler!
I was on the market for a newer vehicle due to the growing size if my family. My family and I drove down to Grava after seeing a truck online. Walked in, was met by Mark and took it for a test drive. While waiting for paperwork to be done, I met the owners son and grandson and several more employees all very friendly and nice. Took the truck home a few days later (due to a RMV flood). When I picked up the truck, I even met the owner, again, very nice. So far all had gone very well and I am very happy.
Called a few days in advance to set up an "appointment" to get my car inspected and have a front license plate put on. They were able to work with me on the front plate, which i appreciated (just drilled holes in the front bumper for a reasonable fee instead of making me buy an expensive mount). The guys at the counter were as nice as they could be without being inefficient. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait an hour and a half. Since it was early on a Sat morning, and they had LOADS of other customers, I didn't mind the wait too much.
I can only sing praise to Grava and that pertains to the Collision Center and the Service Center.Three cheers to James Murdock the Collision Center Mgr. who went
above and beyond the call of duty in restoring my vehicle to it's excellent condition.
Customer satisfaction is Grava's number one goal and they certainly achieve that.
Grava should be rated as a 10 star dealership.
I am closing in on 70 yrs. old and have purchased many vehicles in my time. Tom Quinn and Mike Clarke made the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee a pleasure. Their knowledge, honesty, respect and sense of humor made my decision easy. Grava is heads up the best dealer I have ever dealt with and I cant thank them enough. My Best to You All.

I looked at several different car types and models and had marginally settled on Jeep - I met with people at Central and spoke with folks at Lawless, but after speaking and meeting with Mark at Grava I felt most comfortable and decided to continue working with him. I felt no pressure and Mark made selection very simple. I haven't owned a car in several years and wanted it to be easy - Marks first question was "do you know what you want" (How simple can that be?) and we took a drive and he explained the pros of jeep vs another car I was considering and focused on what I wanted and what I wanted to spend - my poor credit was discussed and he said they could work with me. I left, received one phone call about a week later and that was it. By the time I had made my decision 2 weeks later, I called Mark and he said, "Let's find a deal for you" and he did! Frank had a BETTER financing deal than I had been looking at, Mark had the car in the color I wanted and most of the deal was done over the phone and email. I came in to sign some papers with Michael in the finance office (again, no pressure, no fuss) and I was out the door in twenty minutes - a Happy, Proud new 2014 Jeep owner.
