Horrible Experiance - Never Again Customer – Very rude employee's, who are obviously trained by the "Very Rude Owner" - All of whom know a thing about Good Business Practices or anything about Customer Service.

We were over charged around $75.00 this weekend, unfortunately my Husband used his charge and I didnt notice it until the flowing day after we planted all the plants in the yard. I returned with the receipt immediately and with all of the containers the plants came in, with the stickers still on them, to even show the items we bought were sale items and not full price my Husband was charged. The Manager was rude, the Owner - was even ruder - he totaly refused to credit my Husband's card and when I voiced my opinion, he told be to get off his property and never to return again. No Problem I said, as I walked out letting everyone else know what I thought about the Blooming Place.

I agree with lolliee - do yourself a favor and dont shop at the Bloomin Place in Weymouth, you will eveturally be bitten - by the Snake or his Staff - they dont even care if you have been a loyal customer of the years.

Worst Customer Service Ever! – This place has the worst customer service ever!

I don't know how they stay in business.

I asked the manager if he could show me where

some flowers were. He said "it's just like stop n shop

you have to find it yourself."

There are many other nurseries in the area....

do yourself a favor and don't shop here!

Do NOT stand by product – I purchased over $200 worth of flowers. After only 4 days, i had one plant not doing well. The others were fine. I brought the plant back, not for a refund, but for an exchange. The sales person said it is against their policy to do this. I spoke to the manager, and he said he will not take the plant back without a receipt. I then went home to get the receipt, and when I came back, the manager was rude and said he will not give me an exchange. The state of the plant was my fault. I said what about the other 5 i purchased that are doing well. He said "not my problem".

At the same time another customer needed to speak to him, because the customer was overcharged at check out.

Very unprofessional store. Stay away! Be warned! I have dealt with many other garden centers in the area and they were all superior service.
