Great Cut and Color - reception needs improvement. I went Mann Made Style for 3 years. I saw one of the owners for a cut and also had my hair colored by someone else. I loved the style and color and received many compliments but the salon seems to have staffing and scheduling issues. I have had issues with appointments: sometimes they don't answer the phone or confirm appointments. They have mis-scheduled me twice so I showed up and they had no record of my appointment, which is very disappointing.

The cost is average for a high-end salon ($100 cut and $60 one-process color). The atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly.
