Wonderful place in Needham I trusted these people to fix my car with no problems.They did!A 17 year old boy hit my car on a highway.Did not know that Gino would take care of everything when I brought my car to them.I got my car back with a new front and it looks great,also picked up up a rental car from them when my car was being fixed.Would recommend this company.Thank you ,Gino
I had a great experience at Needham Collision. Very professional atmosphere and top quality workmanship. I have had work performed on two of my cars here. I would certainly recommend this business and continue to take my cars there in the future.
Bad service – I went to Needham collision once in the past and they were good for pricing, but this time my crash went on insurance. The car has been in the shop for 3 weeks now. Last weekend I called and they told me my car would be ready mid-early next week. Tuesday comes a long and no call, so I call back and they say mid-late afternoon on Thursday. It's now Thursday and they said my car won't be ready until tomorrow. I planned my week around having my car when they told me I could but they weren't accurate
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! – WORK GREAT WITH ME AND INSURANCE. EVEN DID EXTRA WORK WITHOUT CHARGE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...WOUDN'T TAKE MY TRUCK ANYWHERE ELSE AND THIS IS THE 3RD TIME.
The Best Around – I have been a customer at Needham Collision for 8 years. Since the beginning they have always taken care of everything from the insurance to the fixing of my car. The owner and his wife were so accomodating and pleasant. They have always been kind and understanding of my situation. I would also like to add that I have never been in such a clean body shop. The person from 3/08 was probably having a bad day. It should have been a clue when he saw the amount of cars that were being repaired.Needham Collision is a wonderful place to do business with in a situation that can not be pleasant. Kudos to Gino, his wife and their employees!!!

Be – This is the best Body Shop around. This I know from personal experience and the many referrals given over the years. The gentleman that posted in 3/08 is obvioulsy frustrated with the insurance process and is completely unaware of how it works. You get two tows with every collision and if you wanted to move your car you had every opportunity to. Gino can certainley give you an estimate but the insurance company has the final word on what will be repaired and what is prior damage and they (the company) can tell the difference. You should have been speaking to your insurance agent and they should have been helping you resolve your issues with the company. Insurance can be mind numbing, I know as I have been doing it for over 25 years. But I also know that Needham Collision cannot be matched for their knowlege, claim service, repairs etc. I have had clients call and Thank me for referring them to Needham Collision and they themselves have given referrals. In addition Needham Collision is so highly thought of that he is on many, many company preferred shop listes. So I guess the gentleman that posted in 3/08 just proves you can't please everyone. But I really feel your issue, if there really is one, is with the insurance company.
Greedy for your money and worst customer service – Circumstances forced me to take my car to Needham Collision at Needham, MA after an accident. Gino, owner, was very nice(pretended to be nice - in hindsight) and promised that all problems will be taken care off and the car will be restored to it's original state.
Problems surfaced first when I called in after a day's time to ask about any supplementary repairs. Instead of telling me about the state of the car and other additional repairs, he told me that he'd ordered the parts for repair (without my permission - I had not written or given verbal permission for repairing the car - only asked him to give me a supplement). When I then asked him about bent parts I saw in the undercarriage, he then said that he didn't have time to put the car up, open it and check it out, and that he needed a couple of more days time. Then, my question was how can he go on to order parts without checking all possible repairs. He replied saying he's been in the business for 30 years and knows what he's talking about. I had to leave it with him for lack of time because of insurance company's rental coverage days limit.
10 days later, when I go to pick up the car, the paint job was bad, it caused the car to stink for more than a month after the accident. Two sounds kept coming from the damaged areas and the car reacted very badly on the road. When I took it back, I was told that these issues existed prior to the accident and nothing can be done about it. Unless, I pay for it and have it fixed.
I was not at fault and the other person's insurance paid more than 3k for all repairs, so money was never an issue for any repairs that were needed. But my guess is that he didn't bill the insurance guys, cos those repairs would have exceeded the blue book value of the car and my car would have been totaled, in which case he would not make any money.
He didn't give me a clue of what's happening for the 10 days of repair and then washed his hands of the two issues, leaving me high and dry
