Worst Customer Service Ever – My mother who is 83 years old went to buy me a Christmas present of Shampoo and Conditioner. The sales lady selected the products and my mother paid. On Christmas eve we discover that the saleslady had given my mom two Conditioners instead of a shampoo. My mom went back to exchange one of the conditioners for the shampoo. The saleslady recognized her. However, when the owner became involved she told my mom "too bad" we don't exchange. She told my mom that if she didn't leave she would call the police. Who would do that to an 83 year old lady? Totally unacceptable!!!!! I've read other reviews and saw that other customers also have problems with their service. I can't believe they are still in business. However, I am also going to contact the Better Business Bureau. In this day and age noone should be allowed to stay in business when they deliberately defraud their customers. This business only has a star because I couldn't publish without a star. They deserve only a negative rating.
Great Selection! – Their selection is spot on and very thorough considering the size of the store. The gal who regularly works there is a wealth of knowledge and very personable. She answers even my most tedious questions.
Most importantly, I can get my beloved products in my hood'.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, don't buy from this place!! – This place has the WORST customer service, do not buy from them!! I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now, buying products that I could easily find for cheaper online. I had a bad experience with one of the employees last week, asked to speak to a manager or the owner who's occasionally in the store, only to be told they wouldn't give out the manager's name. I called a few times during the week to try to reach her, and then finally just left my name and number to have her call me back. ONE WEEK LATER after leaving my message with an employee, still no call back from the manager, so I call and find out when she'll be in. She says she knew that I had asked to have her call me back, but didn't think it was worth her time to do so since her employee gave her side of the story. The manager was also completely unapologetic for the bad service I received and treated me very rudely. This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially in this down economy. They've lost me as a customer, and I hope I can prevent everyone else from buying from this store too.
THUMBS DOWN!!! – They sold me a combination of products from an acrylic nail system. When I discovered they did not include an additional product that is an essential part of the process, I went back to the store to purchase that item. I was told by Theresa (mgr), that they don’t have it, nor do any of their other stores. When asked what I was to do, she suggested I try other stores. After exhausting every store in, and out , of the area, I went back and told her. She was very prompt to tell me they have a “no return policy” – she couldn’t have cared less that I now had $60 worth of product I could not use. The fact I had been a loyal customer for many years meant nothing. The last time (and it was THE LAST TIME) I was in the store they still had the products on the shelf … no doubt just waiting for another unsuspecting customer to walk through the door. Because of their “no return policy” they feel they are covered. This is very understandable with most beauty products, but NOT when they talk you into buying products that they know you cannot use because it is not complete. Being honest, fair, and truthful is a golden rule. They broke every one of these. They obviously don’t care about their customers. I guess they don’t realize that ‘word of mouth’ advertising is the best form of advertising. So here we are …. I would NEVER recommend this store.
