Bad Small Business and Rude Employees. Employees allow their friends to hang around the cash register and access personal account information such as name, address, payment information. Watch out as this is a sole proprietorship and unprofessionally-managed store. The advertising is deceiptful and they penalize you with late fees as there are a lot of "1-day rental." They are more like a home-run video rental and can be managed better by middle-schoolers. Do not use this video rental!
