I took my new kitty here after several recommendations from friends and co-workers. My first visit wasn't the greatest. I took Josie there right after I adopted her for a checkup and I got a vet ( I won't mention names) that wasn't that great. He looked in her eyes, listened to her heart, picked her up and said "she's good". He seemed a little cold and distant, perhaps he was busy. He asked if I had questions as he was walking out the door. So when I had to bring her back I asked for another vet. I got Dr. Adkins. I REALLY like her! She was very gentle, thorough and patient. She even just stood there and asked me "do you have questions? Since this is your first kitty?" and stood and waited while I asked my questions. I was shocked! I'll be bringing my kitty here for all of her needs. :o)
Our dog, Guido, arrived at your hospital on Monday evening in grave condition after an attack by two dogs, one of which is a mixed pit bull. Guido is going home today! I have been wanting to send you a note to let you know of a couple of employees that have been very caring as I visited him daily. Dr. Burks and Anthony have been patiently answering my questions and have explaining his condition in a compassionate manner. Also, one of your techs, Kevin, made me feel very comfortable when I was visiting. Another man whose name I do not know, (older man with grey hair) was very kind. The receptionist that helped to check us in took my daughter back to help wash blood off of her while we dealt with Guido's checkin.
Kind, caring and professional – We've had three dogs taken care of at this facility and have never encountered a problem. The staff have been nothing but kind, caring and professional. Our puppies never have any fear coming to the vet- they've always been well taken care of. Kudos to Dr. Kim Hammond and his staff!
Very Grateful: I had to take my animal to the vets during the middle of the night. The people were so kind and helpful to me. Everyone showed compassion and a genuine concern for my pet and I. I can't thank them enough for saving my pets life. I will be eternally grateful to each and everyone who was there
I've been taking my 10 month old lab/husky/pit/who knows what else mix here since she was 8 weeks old. The staff seem to be knowledgeable and will answer any question, no matter how dumb. Since I treat my dog as if it was my kid, I ask a lot of questions about it's health, as if I was an old Jewish mother. They are always courteous though and diligently answer each one for me. Based off the staff's years of experience and professional attitude, I can't imagine them not excelling.
Very professional, yet courteous and understanding of my relationship with my cat. I was informed at every step of the care and treatment and, when appropriate, was allowed to enter the treatment area to see him. You will not go wrong in trusting your pet in their care of the vets and their staff.
Best price for spay/neuter, but would get other things done elsewhere. Great for emergency situations (open 24 hours).
I have delt with falls road animal hospital for a few hand fed birds and exotics, and they have been nothing but excellent to me. they were friendly, and caring, and explained to me all of the procedures and options, and realistically what the would recommend i do personally, for my budget the cost wasn't a suprise like it can be at other places. they are very direct. loved it!
