Never Again! – This is some of the worst service I have ever encountered. I recently had two online orders that were totally botched. After a week and a half of no pictures, that were supposed to be delivered, I followed up with a call and was told that I could come pick one of the orders I had placed, and that they had no idea where the other pictures were. After clarifying that they were to be delivered, the gentleman I spoke to told me he would take care of it and asked he if he could call me back, before the day was out, on the whereabouts of my second order. Nope. I called back the next morning to follow up and was told that the first order was shipped out and still had no idea where the second order was. Alright, come on guys! They actually ended up sending them both together. No wonder they couldn't find it. It gets better. The two orders were supposed to be billed to two separate accounts and ended up on one, which came close to over drafting my account.

I sent an email to communicate my bad experience and was apologized to for "online order credit card confusion", and was told that my letter would be cc'd over to the owner. Still no response. Oh, well. Never again!

Sketchy – every time this god awful commercial comes on(and it comes on constantly) it sketches me out. the dorky guy in the cheap suit seems so creepy. i would never go in this store but was very interested to hear reviews, not suprised. this store seems like a place that should be avoided at all costs.

Friendly!? Professional? – The "website" for this business claims the staff is "friendly" and "professional". This is not true. My customer service experience at this store was bizarre and almost laughably bad. I stopped in to inquire about the status of my photos and was met with immediate hostility because I didn't have my customer tag number. The clerk was visibly agitated about this oversight and immediately put me on the defensive. He stormed around the cluttered counter before sputterering something like "what's your name, they could be in 20 different places". Meanwhile, the clerk that originally took my order stepped away and stared at this poisonous scenario from a distance with a blank, disinterested expression on his face. The store looks more like a messy storeroom than an actual place of business. Merchandise is sloppily and carelessly strewn about the place giving it a crowded, uninviting feel. Prices are generally high. My return visit was similarly infuriating. The 2nd clerk was also hostile. I approached the counter and said "Good Morning". He didn't utter a word - just a blank, expressionless, vaguely contemptuous look.I handed him my tag and he began looking for my photos. To be fair, an older gentlemen approached me with courtesy to see I I'd been helped. Meanwhile, another employee just stood around and looked at me vacantly and without affectation. I paid for the photos and said "thank you". Again, nothing. Just a blank, sullen glare. I shrugged my shoulders and left. And you know what? I wouldn't return to this place if they were offering development services for free. And that's this store's loss because I manage a TV station that uses photo's extensively and would have gladly given them more business. The guys working at this place are some of the rudest individuals I've ever encountered in a business setting. Period. Management should consider hiring personable employees to replace the goon squad currently in place here.
