Got there about ten minutes to ten this morning. Went to front door could see employees through glass door. Waited until about ten after and still did not open the door. Knocked on glass and was still ignored? Went someplace esle and bought a fridge and stove. I have shopped there all the way back since they were on maple Rd. Referred them many customers and bought thousands of dollars in appliances for work. NEVER will I ever even consider them for another appliance or refer them another customer again. I really had a nice long run with positive experiences for many years. Something has obviously changed and I dont like it. I thought it pretty poor to leave customers out in the cold.

The worst. I couldn't agree with Detroit Sartoria more. I went here for the selection as well, and then when there was a problem with my oven (arrived broken, 6 weeks later still broken, sitting in my kitchen!) they told me to get a return authorization from the manufacturer ! Isn't that the job of the dealer?

Forget it. This place is owned by ABC Warehouse (need I say more?), and is offered up as ABC's "high end" shop . . . which they are, Subzero, Thermador, etc.

But at the end of the day, it's still the same high-pressure idiots making up stuff to try and make a sale. And God forbid if you have a problem with something.

Everytime I go here, I feel like I need to take a shower . . . then why do I keep going? Location and convenience; but everytime I promise myself it's the last time. Better local options exist if you do a little digging and have time to drive about 15 minutes farther.
