Terrible customer service. I have been in this store 2X, once when I was pregnant and again with my daughter. Both times were terrible experiences. The sales woman is awful and unfriendly. I asked her for a price and she refused to get off the phone to help me. Today when I went in with my daughter she actually told me that they didn't allow children. How in the world does a childrens store not allow children. That doesn't even make sense. Not only that but they are WAY over priced. How this store is still in business is beyond me. I have shopped Royal Oak and the stores are so much better, fairly priced and guess what......they actually have toys and encourage kids in their stores. Now that just makes better sense to me.
