Best Color I've ever had.... Ask for Susan F. and you will absolutely love your hair. Not only does she do an excellent job, but you can tell that she cares about the health of your hair. Her color is flawless.

Best Salon and Stylist. I have been to many salons in Michigan, having grown up there, and I have to say RED is the best salon for both color and cut. I go to Susan, who by the way is amazing and is also the sweetest person ever! I live in Chicago now and I tried getting my hair done two seperate times here, and I have hated it both times! So now I either fly or drive back to get my hair done because Susan does such a great job. I have blond hair and she knows how to pick out the PERFECT color. I will not go anywhere else, so for the previous posts on here, you are sadly mistaken!

Great Salon. I went to Red for 5 years. They have a great atmosphere and the people are very nice. My stylist was wondeful, but I had to move on because she usually scheduled too many people at once. What should have taken me 2 hours usually ended up taking 3. That said, the salon was great and if my stylist would have been a bit more efficient I definitely would have stayed. I will say they have the BEST manicurists... they are perfectionists and I LOVE getting my nails done there.

Go there. I now live in San Fran and work at a salon in Marina/cow hollow area and just have to write a review for Red, to slightly take away from the negative review given. I don't even know if my stylist is still there or not, its been a few years, Dane was my stylist and always did a great job on my color and cut, actually had some of the most fashion forward hair that I have gotten done anywhere, and to semi quote the ms. negative review, I have lived in some of the most metro. cities. I felt they were right up there, and he had just started, wooooo, can't wait to see what he can do now. After all it is Michigan.??? WE

Luigi is the Greatest. I would highly reccomend Luigi for all of the blondes out there that are looking for a great color from a stylist that understands how hard it is to be blonde. I went to him for the first time yesterday and he gave me a beautiful color! His assistants are great too, on the ball.

The worst!. I have lived in New York City, Washington DC, San Francisco, and I now live in Michigan. I have been to some of the best and worst salons in the country and "Red" is by far one of the worst. I went there for a cut and hightlights and the stylist had 7, yes 7, other clients at the SAME TIME. During the 4 hours I was there, he spent a total of 45 minutes with me and left me with one side of my hair an inch longer than the other side and with the worst hightlights, if you call slapping some bleach on a few random chunks of hair highlights. On top of that he charged the same amount as most high priced salons in the most expensive cities in the world. Come on, this is Michigan not Tokyo!
