Great customer service from a family owned business. They really care!. I wanted to send flowers to a nearby funeral home and searched for the closest flower shop. I called the closest flower shop and they didn't answer. So I called Maple Lane Florist and I was so please with the service. I live in Maryland and wanted to send flowers to the funeral home. I had no idea what kind of flowers you send or how to do it. She walked me through the process of what to send, she asked me my price range, and talked me through how to fill out the card. Sure told me that they had been in business for over 40 years and they were family owned. I haven't seen the flowers yet but I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely use them again.
