Isn't it obvious that almost all of
these reviews are fake? Look at the date and read the comments.
This is useless except that it shows there might be issues with honesty.
I had the chance to meet Josh Johnson
and Derk Chaney of Hansons Windows. I had gotten an email from Hansons and I responded to it and had an appointment set up to discuss windows.
My home is only 6 years old but I hate the windows. One of them had fallen in when I was cleaning it last year and I have yet to clean them this year. They are single hung and I have to get a ladder out and a squeegy out to clean the upper part.
I was just going to listen and, yes you are right, I am ordering my new windows from Hansons. I think I surprised both Josh and Derek when they called in for credit. I told them it was good and they were really surprised that I could go over double the price of the windows for one year same as cash. I am glad that I am able to help the economy in Michigan and I feel confident that the windows are going to be a big improvement in the house.
Just wanted to take a quick moment to
share my first experience with Hansons Windows and to also mention the generous promotional discount price they offered me on my recent window purchase.
I was very pleased with my sales person (Leo Szlamkowicz). He was prompt, knowledgeable about the product, friendly and very personable to work with.
Not once did he pressure me into signing an agreement or even hint of me signing. I value that. I hate being pushed into a corner.
All the questions I asked, (and I had several) he had an acceptable
answer. I never felt rushed or like he needed to cut our appointment short because he had somewhere else to be. I felt like a valued customer, and I hadn't even purchased anything yet!
I look forward to having my new windows installed. Just wanted to share a positive comment!
The presentation of Hansons Windows by
Mr. Wayne Robert this past evening was most enjoyable, and resulted in a sale.
Please understand that the action of signing a contract last evening was highly unusual in that I (in all business transactions) get multiple quotes, and did have other appointments scheduled in the next few days, which will be cancelled. The professionalism and â??no pressureâ?? approach by Mr. Robert was much appreciated by my wife and I, as other â??slimyâ?? high pressure salespeople that came to our residence, left without a contract.
Mr. Robert listened to our needs, and in one instance of concern, contacted other Hanson personnel for a confirmation of an answer to a major question about my wifeâ??s abundant house plant collection. I only give credit where warranted, therefore this compliment for Mr. Robert should be taken seriously.
We had an issue with our 2 yr. old roof and a squirrel; an installer from 1-800-HANSONS inspected and recommended a repair. It was scheduled and Dan Johnson came out. No one told him what the repair was, so I was lucky that I was there so I could describe the problem so that he could find the gap between the roof and the trim. He was energetic and helpful and resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. We don't want to share our roof and below with any creatures! Thanks.
We had replacement windows installed
last October by Hansons Windows and recently siged a contract to replace more windows. I can't tell you how wonderful the Hansons Windows team is.
Last year's experience was great, but I have to say I thought it might be a fluke as no way could there be that many customer-oriented and cordial people working for one company!
This year's experience went above and beyond. Starting with Ann Martin, your salesperson, who was such a joy to work with. The gentlemen who came to measure was so darn polite. But today was the best. Pete dropped by to make some minor repairs and what a personable guy. We spent some time chatting (not too long as I know he was on the clock) about our dogs and it was like having a friend over. You must be so proud of your employees. I worked for FedEx for 33 years and know what it's like working in a service industry. I commend you for instilling such a great work ethic in your staff. I would recommend your company in a heartbeat and look forward to the upcoming installation. Best wishes to you and your company.
We love our new windows. Our experience with Hansons Windows started with Ira Henson and Joe Walter. They explained everything we needed to know about Hansons and windows. Frank and Josh came today and installed our windows. Thank you for making the whole process easy and stress free for us. The windows look great and everything happened as you promised. I am writing this because of the
wonderful experience i had with Hansons Windows.
My first impression was with sales rep Matt Czernel. He not only informed me of the windows, but he made me feel as though I was a part of the Hansons family. Matt's understanding and patience made me feel so confident that I was truly buying the best windows for the money that I was spending.
My intention at first was to wait until next year to shop for windows, but when Matt mentioned the savings I would be receiving with the IQ glass, my heating bill alone would come down substantially.
I knew that the Smart Choice package was the right choice for me. Even after I purchased the windows Matt stuck around for an additional 10 minutes to answer all of my questions and concerns. Matt also gave me his personal cell phone number for me to call for whatever and whenever i needed. That extra touch made me believe that Hansons really cares.
The day of installation the crew showed up on time bright eyed and bushy tailed. They took care of business. They represented Hansons in the utmost professionalism i have not seen in a long time. I didn't think there were any more companies left out there that would give me 150 % satisfaction.
I will never forget looking at my old windows as i was looking at my new ones being installed think to myself, boy I should have done this at least 10 years ago. The difference is night and day.
Just when i thought it couldn't get much better Matt showed up and made sure that I was thoroughly happy. I was beside myself with the personal service I received from Matt. He is friendly and genuine and I will definitely recommend Matt to my friends and family as their personal sales Representative.
An example of his great service is the day after my windows were installed, I contacted Matt because I was concerned there were water stains between the panes. After explaining my situation he notified me that he would personally come inspect then he expeditiously came right over to solve the problem. This is when we discovered these stains were easily removable. I can't thank him enough for his commitment to my needs. He assured me if I have any other issues in the future to feel free to contact him.
Once again, I would like to thank Hansons Windows for their hard work and commitment and they will be highly recommended to others by me.

Hansons Windows. It is awesome.
We had Jason from the Kalamazoo office out about 2 weeks ago, and he did such a wonderful job that we bought the best windows that you make, and a whole houseful of them too.
Your phone center is wonderful, and they all deserve big "atta girls and atta boys".
Heck, I have loved the experience so much, and know that you are ONE in a million people that own and run a decent, honest, and reputable company. I would be in a commercial for you, and I even would help you with future referrals.

This letter is to inform you of our
great experience my wife and I had yesterday with Hansons Windows sales rep Gary Sutton.
After meeting with a Wallside Windows rep a week prior, we were 99% sure we were going to buy. We figured we'd let Hanson's come back out and try again for a 2nd time. You'll have to talk to Gary about that scenario.
Anyway, Gary was very professional, and presented us with the beset possible product. We understood why the prices were a little higher for a superior product, but we were more concerned about price at this point in the shopping process.
Gary was more than happy to make us a deal, and we signed the paperwork right then and there.
I feel secure in this purchase based on Gary's ability to explain the warranty and customer service capabilities that we'll be able to experience as Hanson's customers.
Please let Gary know that we appreciated his visit, and he's the reason we're ordering from Hansons' and not Wallside.
