Roof and Gutters. Our roof and gutters were in need of a complete overhaul, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality products we received from 1-800-hansons. It has been nearly 10 years and we have had zero issues. What I do remember was the great experience we had during the installation – Hansons made sure our landscaping was taken care or, and were very neat. And the fact that our roof and gutters still look just as new as the day we received them makes us more than satisfied with our experience. I am writing this because our next-door-neighbors went with another company and had the complete opposite experience. Now I bet that they wish they went with Hansons Windows as well!

No complaints. I purchased a home that needed a lot of work, including all new windows and siding. I called 4 companies for estimates but decided to go with Hansons Windows. From the salesman who came out to our home, who was prompt and knowledgeable, to the installers, who were neat and worked quickly, were above par. Additionally, after our black lab damaged our doorwall screen, Hansons came out days later to replace it. Great service. I do and always will recommend 1-800-hansons to our family and friends – my experience was so great I have absolutely NO complaints.

Local and Professional. Our Hansons Windows installers were a couple minutes early which was fine with us. It was very cold and snowy but they were careful not to make a mess in our house. Both the installers and our salesman were very courteous and professional. Additionally, our rep was not overly aggressive which is what we had anticipated. He actually assisted us with a 2007 problem we had with Hansons and resolved it to our satisfaction. He gave us clear expectations and worked with us. We have no complaints whatsoever about our 1-800-hansons experience. And our windows look great. We also like knowing that Hansons is local and plans on staying in business. Hansons Windows is very professional yet they make us feel like they are doing work for family.

Beautiful bay. We had a large bay window in the front of our home that was leaking and desparately needed to be replaced. So we called 1-800-Hansons Windows, Wallside and Weathergard to obtain estimates. The product, savings and guarantee that Hansons offered were superb and won us over. Today, our bay window looks stunning from the inside and out. We made a sound choice and are glad we went with Hansons.

Enjoyed the Experience. I recently purchased a foreclosed home in Oak Park, Michigan and it needed tons of work. I shopped around and obtained quotes from a number of different companies. I finally decided to have Hansons Windows do my installation. My sales representative was very down to earth and patient. He was in the company of my six year old son and my 3 year old cousin (who's mother happens to be stationed in Kuwait) They were having a "power play-date" and my sales rep didn't skip a beat. He explained the process clearly to my husband and I and also gave us important tax tips regarding our energy efficient window tax rebates and the savings in heating bills. Our installers and project managers called early and to schedule the installation. My install was seamless and efficient. I have 3 more windows that will need to be replaced in the near future and I am certain that I will have Hansons provide the product and services. I actually enjoyed the experience and can't say enough good things about the two installers. Great guys. They deserve the work that they are contracted.

Best Decision. I had been dead set on purchasing my own windows from Home Depot and installing them myself, until my wife talked me into getting an estimate from 1-800-HANSONS. To be honest, I thought it was a waste of time until 5 minutes into our conversation with the salesman. He knew his stuff – from the products that Hansons Windows offers, to the history of the company… he even gave us his professional advice on what would look best in our house for a GREAT price. We even qualified for the federal tax credit which he also assisted us with. My wife and I went with his suggestion and couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision. We constantly get compliments on our Hansons windows, and it’s a joy paying lower energy costs while having windows that are beautiful to look at. Going with Hansons was the best decision we have made in a very long time.

Repeat Hansons Windows Customer. I’m an old customer of Hansons Windows, going back to 2001 when Hansons redid much of my former Madison Heights home – including 16 windows, one 8-ft. door wall, 3 storm doors, new steel and glass double entry doors, vinyl siding and gutters. My salesman for all of this work was Larry Krohn and I cannot speak highly enough of him. With my new home, I decided to call Larry again at 1-800-HANSONS to replace my windows and gutters. Wonderful siding and gutters. The Hansons Windows team did a wonderful job on our siding and gutters. From our salesman, Larry, to the crew leader, Liz, to the crew themselves --- it was a great experience. The job was completed yesterday and we are already noticing a difference in the house. Before any work was done, our house had a 20 degree difference between the downstairs and upstairs. After the windows were put in by Hansons a couple years ago, the degree difference dropped to a 10 degree difference. Now that the siding has been installed, however, the temperature is the same! What a great improvement! The Hansons crew was polite and clean. We will advise all of our friends and family to call 1-800-HANSONS for their window, siding and roofing needs!

Replacement Windows Improved the Look of my Home. I was amazed that everything turned out the way we were hoping it would with no disruption. Now that Hanson’s windows are installed, I love how the inside of my home looks; it blends in perfectly with the décor. Our salesman was very knowledgeable. He understood exactly what we wanted and gave us the best option. The process was very easy and I couldn’t be happier.

Wonderful Experience with Hansons Windows. When I purchased my new Hansons windows, our sales rep. was very knowledgeable and informative about all of the window features. He was also very kind and answered all of our questions. Hansons was my first choice for home improvements so I didn't bother shopping around. The staff was very polite and the crew cleaned up after themselves. Hansons is a great company with friendly, reliable and knowledgeable staff that have a "can do" attitude.
