Unique Burgers are Amazing. A friend and I went in for lunch and each got one of their specialty burgers, they were amazing. Who would think a stuffed burger would taste so good.

Best Strip Steak I've ever had. My wife and I went on a whim this Monday night, July 14, 2008. I figured they would be closed on Monday, so I called to check before we left. When we got there, the place was very busy for a Monday night. I was surprised. It?s a little loud in there, as it has high ceilings and is a fairly open layout.

We ordered the sampler platter, which was very good. Potato Skins, Coconut Shrimp and Buffalo Wings. I had the Chili as my soup and it was outstanding. Real nice balance of tomato flavor, chili power and cumin. We both had the house brewed beer. My wife had the Red Alt and I had the IPA. Both were very enjoyable.

I ordered the 12oz. Strip Steak with Mashed Potatoes and my wife ordered some chicken pasta thing. My steak didn?t look like much on the plate, but once I cut into it and took my first bite, I knew it was much more. The charbroiled flavor was perfect and the steak flavor itself was out of this world. It tasted like you could only dream about. They say ?Aged To Perfection? in the menu, they were not kidding! It was a thick cut of meat that was very dense so every bite felt like I was eating a whole steak in itself. It was great! I can?t wait to go back!

The prices are a little on the higher side, but they are not out of reach. Since the food is so good, each dish lives up to its value. With food that good, I have no problem paying the advertised price. They do accept coupons or gift certificates, if you can find them. There is a special place on-line somewhere that you can buy $25 certificates for like $6 or something like that.

My only complaint is it can be a little loud in there and they really need to do something with the parking lot and landscaping. It almost looked abandoned. The parking lot was uneven and chunked up and the landscaping around the entire parking lot area was very overgrown and weedy.

Things have changed!!. There have been some sketchy times @ Copper Canyon in years past but food & beer have improved greatly. Todd , formerly of Royal Oak Brewery is there now & making wonderful suds. $5 growlers on Wed. & Sunday. Worth another try - staff & patrons are always friendly.

IPA & Stout are outstanding!
