This pawnshop use to be my favorite, but now, with its new owner Ben Frank, i highly suggest you go else where to pawn. They claim to give you a hassle free experience instead i was hassled harassed and treated like dirt. The previous owner Mr Norman and his wife made me feel at home this new owner is mean and running this business into the ground. I suggest never going into this store again because they will give you bad prices on your high class jewelry its unfortunate the owners changed

NEVER WILL STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE GAIN!!!!. I had a bag of scrap gold. Brought it in. Yes scrap, but not wanting to just give it away. The saleman decides to haggle with me and play like I am stupid. Offers me $500. , which is not bad but I know it is worth more. I told him I had to check else where and he says "when I come back I will not even receive that amount". Trying to strong arm me I guess. I drove about 15 miles to DILLON'S JEWELRY. Awesome place. Honest and tells me without haggling how much they will give me. I got $670. for the same bag that I had taken into Norman's. I will never go to Norman's again. Dillon's has made a customer for life out of me.
