Not a great IMPRESSION!. I will say I was impressed with the selection of Bridesmaids dresses at Elegant Impressions, however not thrilled with the customer service. I had a large bridal party (15 girls). I'd say they measured more than half of my girls for dresses that were twice their size. Once the dresses came in and they were ALL too big, they were rude to many of the girls and acted as if it were an inconvience to schedule their appointments for alterations. In the end, the dresses ended up turning out great & looked wonderful on my girls...It was just a bother having to hear from my bridal party about how rudely they were treated!

Rude. The women who work at this store are very rude. I went into the store twice to try on dresses and I felt as if they didn't want me there. I asked one of the women if I could try on a dress and she said, "if you want to" and just sat there. I was there alone and had nobody to help me with the gown. I actually found the dress I am wearing for my wedding at that store, but went out of my way to purchase it from another store because their employees were so rude. I actually got the dress for much cheaper at the other store. So, if you want overpriced gowns and poor service go to Elegant Impressions.
