Terrible service, never going back again!. I am absolutely appalled at the service I encountered here today. I ordered my favorite food for lunch and being a long time customer the beef tasted odd and there was hair in my food. I called in to ask for another order or a refund, but instead I was insulted and called a "bitch". I will be telling all of my friends of the despicable customer service and warning them not to go there.

I'm not surprised Kakelady received that type of service. They are very rude.

Ouch. First of all, the average tip is 15%. That is what I give when I get average service. I only give 20% or more if the waitress deserves it. Perhaps Kakelady was correct. I don't know, I pass by there alot, and it doesn't seem very busy. I will try this restaurant soon, and the waitress will receive what I think is appropriate.

Tip correctly. Kakelady probably was a cheapskate with her tipping at the chinese restaurant, wak inn. If she did not tip T LEAST 15%, the waitress had every right to question the tip that was left, and to find out what she did wrong to get a small feeble tip. Waitresses deserve and work for tips. It is customery, yet kakelady says "I owe you nothing". Kakelady, you are wrong. You owe the waitress a tip!!!!!

The best Chinese food around!. Well, I've been coming here to eat since I was about eight. It's been a blast every time I come to the Wok Inn to eat. From the General Tso' Chicken to the Chicken Lo Mein as well as the Almond Boneless Chicken, they just provide a quality meal that is worth the price. Not to mention, their food is made fresh, such as their wonton soup and dinner rolls!

Make sure you tip correctly!!!!. I was enjoying a very nice lunch with my grandsons. The food was good and the homemade lemondade was wonderful. The bill came and I gave the waitress my credit card and she came back with the form for me to sign. I included the tip and when she came back she asked me about the tip. I was shocked and asked her if she wasn't happy with it and she said YES. I asked her if she was grateful and she did not answer. I told her I could make the tip amount zero if she wasn't happy with it and she kept berating me and it was very embarassing. She was very RUDE and I told her so. She told me I was RUDE for leaving her such a tip. Let's get this straight: I don't owe you ANYTHING. If your boss is not paying you enough then you need to find another job. I am not your boss, I am only there to eat!!!!! YOU ARE RUDE AND YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS THE STORY EVERY CHANCE I GET.
