Hello I wanted to respond to the horrible words left by J>T I am Angie first off I went over and above the call of service for this mans mother, I accommodated that she had a back injury and listen to every detail they asked by not washing her hair to not pumping my chair up or down while cutting to making sure the water was a perfect temp. I did a 20 min consult to make sure what she wanted.The hair cut was beautiful, the next morning they came into the salon demanding her money back, there was nothing at all nice about the way they handled things,The man that wrote this said if I didnt give his money back he was going to write this, my reputation speaks for itself and those who know me know that we totally love our clients and go out of our way to make them happy, as for burning her that didnt happen and when he told me the next day that I asked him to show me where and his response was it went away, Of course it did because there was no burn and for some ones hair to be 1/4 inch long thats almost like a military cut Sir and that to didnt happen. I have worked hard for a great reputation and love from my clients I take many cutting and color classes and constantly keep up my education. Worst salon in Michigan. The woman couldn't cut hair after being shown a picture of the cut, a simple cut from one of her own salon books. I asked that only 1 inch be cut off and she cuts off nearly 2 inches all around. My hair is barely a 1/4 of an inch off my scalp now. And as if that wasn't enough, she grabs a curling iron without telling me and burns my scalp. Literally puts the iron to my scalp! To add insult to injury, when I lodged the complaint, she yelled, refused to apologize and denied me a refund. The hairdresser's name is Angie and she says she's the owner along with her daughter. Stay away from this place. The positive reviews are bogus. I can't believe the State of Michigan gives licenses to the likes of this woman. Are there no standards at all?
