Gawd Awful. Bad service and it was not even busy. Waited three hours for steaks that were not as ordered - RAW. Bread was raw and doughy. Drinks watered down. Unprofessional. I would never go back and would never recomend this place to my worse enemy. Maybe the one on Gratiot is better. Manager unprofessional - was not helpful.

Works For Us. I love taking my 2 young boys to capers, not only for the monster steak that i get but there is something for everyone.

Great service from a staff that remembers you, entertainment for the kids(vidio games)and it always seems like thay get you in quickly even when there busy.

There's not many places where I can take my kids and all of us enjoy the evening,we all get our fill and not too pricey.

Service Review for Capers. I recently took one of my customers out for lunch at Capers in Mt Clemens. The food was good, but not as good as Mr. Pauls. The service was very poor, took over an hour to receive our food and it was luke warm at best. The price was way more than it was worth, I will not go there again. I would have been okay about the time it took if it was crowded but we were one of very few tables with customers. Mr. Pauls has them beat all the way around. Service, price and outstanding food. I eat lunch everyday at different restraunts within 10 miles of Fraser, Michigan and found that even Logans(Roseville) and Texas Roadhouse (Chesterfield) is affordable and the food blows Capers away.

The bomb. I enjoy eating at Capers. The steak is the bomb. I alwys get a 18oz delmonico butterflied, topped with grilled onions, and mushrooms. If you really want a delicios steak cooked to perfection, try Capers. Oh , I forgot to add, the baked potatoes are the bomb too.

Delish-. This place is not one for ambience, but if it is great tasting steak you are looking for this is the place. Everything is ala-cart so it can get a little pricey, but it is well worth it. Got to check it out! You won't be disappointed.

Best Steak in all the Midwest...... I'm from Detroit, Michigan. In the year 2000 I got married and moved to New Jersey. All my old friends and now my new friends in Jersey have since eaten at Capers! Everytime I visit home, we have to go to Capers. I don't even have to be hungry, I will develop an appetite for Capers. Sometimes your not in the mood for Ambience and all the hooplah that comes with a premium steakhouse. Sometimes all you want do to is roll up your sleeves and proceed to make side of beef (or two) disappear from your plate, watching a game. You could eat it in silence, but then others might not appreciate how you sound while you're chewing (if they can hear above their own chewing). The Bottom line is: CAPERS is the best, hands down. PLEASE DON'T GET IT TWISTED!

Yummy Yummy I got food in my tummy. This place is just wonderful. Laid back environment. Great food. I haven't had bad food from here. You get to buy the steak by the ounce which is great especially if you are not that hungry or starving. The potato skins and onion soup are the best.
