worst karaoke in Macomb county. The karaoke is horrible. Terrible sound and hosts without any class or tact. Not even the hosts can sing. It is nice to go to a karaoke where at least one person (the host) doesn't butcher a song. Karaoke is just not what it used to be. it is a bunch of mom and pop wanna be stars that have no talent and no place in the entertainment world. Granted there are good companies and shame on a place like the Emerald Theatre for not working harder to seek out a good reputable company. Bad entertainment has no business being booked at a great place like this. I do like DJ rubix cube and the dance floor is always awesome!

A good time on the East Side. If you are on the east side of the state- Emerald is always a great place to go if you want to dance. They usually play all of the top hits and the crowd is huge. I wouldnt go there all of the time- gets to be the same old ppl and atmosphere, but every once in a while it can be very fun! See Alex the bartender for some great drinks- he is awesome!!

Historic jewel of a theatrer serves as a premier concert venue and nightclub.. The Scene
Detroit city die-hards who typically flock to Clutch Cargo's or Ignition in search of a good time come to the Emerald Ballroom to dance. On select nights, the ballroom becomes a high-energy scene, with some of the area's biggest radio stations and familiar DJs promoting events. Another part of the Emerald Complex, the renovated Emerald Theatre, has stadium seating and 1,500 spots of general admission for local and national acts that roll into downtown.

MUSIC IS AWESOME AND IT IS PACKED.

Detroit style partyin. For some Detroit Club style partyin in the suburbs check out this place. Dj Rubix Cube is the best.

One of the Best. i have been to many clubs, but i find the emerald is the best one, just all around nice and it can accomidate many people without over crowding, want a good club, go to the emerald

Karaoke?. While The Emerald is one of the best, and hottest clubs in Mt. Clemens, what could be worse than a bunch of people who have been over-served, trying to sing songs they don't even know the words to? Do yourself a favor if you want some real entertainment. Skip the karaoke on Thursday nights, and head up to The Rock Room, where you'll find local bands, in a intimate setting, often performing accoustically. You'll even be able to have a conversation while watching the bands play.
