Two years after we moved into our first house, we found a crack within our basement wall. We got three estimates, and it was apparent, that Tom's Basement Waterproofing was the only company that truly knew what needed to be done. They repaired our basement wall and it is been dry ever since.

We purchased the house only over a year ago. Since it's starting to warm up and snow is melting, we found puddles of water in the basement.A friend recommended Tom's Basement Waterproofing and we called them in a little of a stress. They came right out to study the damage, gave a rapid and fair approximation and before we understood it, our cellar was dry as a bone and guarded for the seasons ahead. I can now rest easy understanding our home is sealed and waterproofed correctly.

I and my partner went to retreive some thing from our cellar this past weekend, and were terrified to find out that we had a lot of our boxes destroyed my water that was leaking in to our basement. Quite a few keepsakes were ruined. I cried.

My father had the same problem a couple of years back, and she sent us to Tom's Cellar. They arrived on the scene and identified our slab was broken (which is where the water was coming from). Thank God they could actually fix it quickly!

Once every couple of years, like clockwork, we get a slow leak in our cellar. It's an old home, and I suppose we could anticipate it. Going back several years, Toms Basement Waterproofing has been there to answer the phone. Like my very own personal super hero's! Really, they are extremely great at what they do. They correct it right, and usually locate the leak. His pricing is reasonable. As well as the crews that turn out are usually expert. I highly recommend Toms Basement to everyone.

We had a horrible cellar fast leak this past winter. A lot of my things got ruined. I contacted another basement repair firm who did not find the leak, but then Tom's Basement came out and discovered and fixed it on the very first visit! I am forever happy!

Just wanted to let you know how relieved we are to have finally found a company that has solved our problem with the basement wall moving and settling. Thanks for a great job! We feel comfortable now getting our basement totally remodeled and finished. We don\'t even want to think about the headache of water damage from a flooded basement. Thanks Tom for that priceless peace of mind.

Terrible Customer Service. Very slow to return calls (if at all). Slow to provide estimate. Had a question after I received estimate (which came in mail) so called them again - no answer. Been waiting 2 weeks for these people. I'll never know if they do good work or not, because I am taking my business elsewhere.
