horrible. I do not recommend this salon to anyone, they do not know how to apply color, and as the stylist had me sitting under the dryer for almost 20 minutes already she left and went outside to smoke, never even checking on my color, when she was finished washing it, she dried the front of my hair and was done, i have never been to a salon that does this! I will not go back to shapes!

great color and cut for a reasonable price. I got three colors put in my hair and cut and my eyebrowse waxed all for a great price I am one of those who cannot make appts. and they are always so nice to fit me in on there schedule at the last minute OR ON THERE DAY OFF to accomadate me. now that is the BEST service I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO GO BACK AND GET A FACIAL!! I JUST SEEN A COUPON IN THE NEWSPAPER BUY 1 GET 1/2 OFF!!!

My hair is beautiful!. Just got my color and a haircut done for christmas. It looks great as usual!!! I would recomend this salon to everyone. You can really tell that they keep up on their education.
