Will never recommend to anyone. Repeated problems with eye exams and doctors inability to get correction right. Went to pick up glasses and contacts - both wrong. Wasted 2 hours last evening eventually speaking to 5 of their staff, still waiting for corrections to be made. A total waste of time and unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced such poor results. Won't go back.

Wow! That is a totally different experience than mine has ever been. I have been a customer there for 20 years and they have always been up front with me and gave superior customer service. I have always went there for my exams due to the thoroughness and my Optometrist takes a lot of time for fitting my contacts and does not charge me for my follow up visits. I would call the manager there and tell him or her what happened. You should try them again, good luck with it!

Question Everything. Bottom Line...I will never recommend this place to anyone.

If you decide to go... ask for costs upfront and don't let them do anything before you ask if they are charging seperately for it. Also ask if its covered by insurance or out of pocket.

Word of advice, don't let them give you a "contact fitting."

Its not necessary and they charge a lot for it.
