Don't waste your money.. They have nice items in the store but I had a custom cabinet made and have not been happy with it. The salesmans was not completely honest with me about what it would be made out of and the quality and staining job were very poor. After weeks went by and many calls placed I never got any of the problems resolved. They just keep brushing me off. They say that their customers are very important to them. They are until they get your money. After that they could care less. I must have come into this store at least half a dozen times and not once was there a customer in there. There is a reason this store is always empty. Poor business practices..

The best unfinished furniture retailer around.. After searching for weeks, I finally found it. A double pedestol captains bed with 6 drawers on each side. Pottery Barn carried it but they wouldn't tell me what its made out of and were gonna charge me a whopping 2 grand. If you can't find it, go over to 11.5 and woodward. they are very helpful and patient. And, if you find it elsewhere at a lower price, They'll match it!!

give this place a chance. Wood is higher in price, but it gives durablility and longevity to the furniture. I take into consideration the chances of a chair with a broken leg or a bench with a cracked seat and everything else that comes with this cheaply built cardboard stuff out on the market today. I went in the store and the gentleman walked me through the process. Its starts off unfinished, hence the name, and you begin by picking the dimensions and then sizing it up to a color. You can choose a paint or a stain. We worked on a 8 foot wide entertainment system with wrap around moldings for around $3500 finished.

Way Too Expensive. It's hard to justify the prices they are charging at this point, not worth it in my opinion. I will keep checking out the competition.

great deals around thanksgiving time!!. I went there for my after thanksgiving shopping and found that they have significantly reduced prices for alot of their bedroom furniture. I purchased a bedroom set complete with an 8 drawer dresser, 3 drawer nightstand, twin size bed, and storage chest unfinished for $1100. my hubby and I are going to spend the weekend finishing, so excited!! we'll be back ;-)

Watch out for shills. Several reviews below have shill written all over them. I would not trust an establishment that has to write its own reviews.

OK. I have bought furniture here in the past and find the quality to be pretty good. My only issue was the pricing which I have found to be out of step.

Best selection in Furniture!. What a store! They had everything I was looking for. Adirondack chairs, create a chair with upholstered seats and create a table with leg options or butterfly extension leaves, english dovetail drawer glides for their dressers and lingerie chests, any style/size bookcases, t.v stands, knotty pine pantry/cabinets, china buffet/hutches, and the list goes on!! Nowadays, furniture companies try everyway to cut costs by using junk laminates, particle board, and thin slices of veneers. If you go to a place like Art Van, for example, they have a seperate department to handle customer complaints and issues with quality and craftsmanship. This furniture store keeps the tradition alive with real wood products. If you shop for furniture, then this place will be worth the trip.

Perfect Match, Quality Furniture. The retailer has been around for over 20 years. They actually have some sensible salespeople contrary to what others believe. It is the ONLY place around that you will find unfinished furniture. One of the salesmen sold me a Heritage Oak entertainment center for our master bedroom. He picked out the right style to match our dresser and nightstand. Also, the drawer samples we brought in had perfectly matched the stains that were offered. I would definitely comeback for my dining room and babies nursery for the new one thats on its way!!!

Worst Furniture Store. I'm not sure what makes this store worse: the overpriced goods or the absolutely moronic salespeople that are employed there. In all seriousness, it took me at least 20 minutes to get their attention - you would think that in a down economy that they would be falling over themselves to approach customers that came to the store to make a purchase. To the contrary, the young punk behind the counter kept talking to his girlfriend and he asked me to wait until the other salesperson came back from a smoke break. Once he returned, it was clear that he had no interest in my business. I will not return.
