Worst Service I have ever had!. Waited 10 min just to get a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. The bartender was slow and not very friendly. Once we got a table, the food was great! But once again, the service was slow and they were not that busy. They also double charged us on the bill from the bar. I paid for the drinks at the bar, but they added those drinks to the final bill. The waiter said "this happens all the time". Nice, well, it dosent' happen to me! Don't waste your time with this place.
Excellent!. I loved my experience here. The waitress was on her job! My mom and I had drinks and high dollar items. The food was good. We were greeted promptly, seated promptly, and constantly checked on. She assisted us with packaging our leftovers.She suggested some good items. I will definitely return....hopefully, I will get the same waitress.

The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
Hands down the worst Red Lobster in existence. I took my girlfriend and her mother to the 12 mile road location on a Saturday afternoon. My first impression of the restaurant was that is was kind of run down (dirty and in need of a paint job). It was pretty busy that day and we waited a while to get a table. To make a long story short I ordered the surf and turf with the steak medium rare. When it arrived it was very well done. I politley told the waitress and she sent it back only to return with another well done steak. By the time the second steak arrived my girlfriend and her mother were already finished with their meals. I didn't dare send it back a third time and decided to just take the check and leave. The server was not apologetic and didn't take my food off the bill. I asked to speak with the manager but had to wait almost 15 minutes because of how busy it was. Bottom line this was the worst dining experience I ever had from start to finish. If you're looking for overpriced, crappy food, and bad service then visit the 12 mile Red Lobster,
