I recently had a custom ring made at Diamond Jims... They did an excellent job..It is gorgeous!. I came into Diamond Jims to have a custom ring made. I had 2 wedding rings that I wanted combined into one.. Brittany helped me with the design I had drafted. She explained the process and kept me well informed throughout.

I was able to use all my stones and added a few others to complete the design. The price quote stayed with in my budget. The workmanship is excellent. I am very pleased with my ring...it is gorgeous!

I would recommend Diamond Jim's to everyone. They also buy gold which I used toward my purchase. They are professional and very personable. I feel I was given very individualized attention. I even recieved a personalized Thank You note in the mail from Brittany, Talk about great personal service! I recieved my appraisal..which was very detailed for my insurance co and personal records.

I have recommended them to others. I have also talked to others only to find out that they have had repairs and made purchases there already. They were also very satisfied. Never once did I feel pressured , misinformed, or slighted. The workmanship is excellent.

Diamond Jim's will be MY jeweler from now on.

Outstanding all the way around!. From my very first step into the store and every visit since, the staff has made me welcome and truly wanted me to be happy. They are warm, personable, knowledgeable, and truly sincere. My first visit was to see what they store was like because they had been referred to me by a friend and I had always been curious about them when I would drive by. I absolutely fell in love with my engagement ring and they did everything they could possibly do to make sure that it was eventually going home with me. I have never had a shopping experience for anything in which the staff truly were more concerned about making sure that I ended up with what I wanted no matter what. It was all about my happiness than high pressure sales and the other stuff you run into in stores. From the first day I went in to check them out, my mind was made up that I have found my jewelry store from now on! Everyone you meet is at Diamond Jim's is like a new friend. They are truly WONDERFUL!!!!

As for the person who listed that their jewelry is old and not good quality... She must be mistaken! I have educated myself on jewelry over the years and have to admit that I am obsessive when it comes to quality and detail. Diamond Jim's offers a huge variety, so that they can provide something for everyone.

Stop in, you will not be disappointed!

The only place I'll ever shop....now. It was my first time in the store - it was recommended by my co-worker for on the spot jewelry repair . There was a security door, which I thought was was a bit over the top, for a place that repaired jewelry...but then I went in and all of the pieces in the show cases were fabulous! I had to leave with a little something ELSE for me. Lori was great. I now wonder about the 06 review, angry customer ? When I was there everyone was greeted and waited on in a timely manner, very friendly, no pressure sales (no commission for the staff). The sales floor seemed more like a den, or the plush office of a doctor. I'm going back to do my X-mas shopping. And my jewelry was repaired to perfect condition, in under 20 minutes (there were others in line before me)

Great Jewelry!. Diaomond Jim's is the best jewelry shop I have ever been to. The owner's get on a personnal level with you and help you pick something out that's your style. Since openning their new store the jewelry quality and abundance of jewelry has gone up. The helped me pick out a watch for Christmas and it looks great on my Boyfriend! I definitely give Diamond Jim's two thumbs up on service!

Used Jewelery. I was NOT impressed at all by the qualtiy of the jewelery at Diamond Jims. Everything is used, and the diamonds that I was looking at were very poor quality, except for a couple. The sales person had no idea about what she was selling, had no knowledge about the diamonds, colors, quality nothing. When I asked her a question, she would say " I don't k now" I am not sure" Geeze NO THANKS!

If you want scrap then this is the place!
