5 star Margarita's Mexican food ever!!.
Take it from the perspective of a Mexican, I love everything about Margarita's the food I love the enchiladas they are my favorite out of all the Real Mexican restaurants anywhere in Michigan. They also have great salsas, with pico de gallo and if you request they will even give you grilled jalapenos. The service is exceptional, I love going to Margaritas and talking with Luis and Lucy, they are hard workers and if you truly get to know them, you can learn a thing or two from them. Come and enjoy the different dishes.
I will like to share that Margarita's is not an alcoholic name it is a name of a Person like John or Karen and if people get upset because they don't serve alcohol thinking is Margarita's you can't blame the guy for naming his restaurant after his grandmother.
I always bring my friends because it's cozy, small but the service it's fast and the food is authentic.
I go there at least once a week for the past 15 years, take it from someone who truly enjoys the Restaurant and truly knows Mexican food.
P.S. Very clean place, which is very important and you will get a kick on their toilet seat!!

Very nice.
Excellent customer service. We called at 3pm the day before a huge luncheon and they were able to accomodate us. Not only was he nice, efficient and patient with us the prices were very reasonable. The presentation of the food once it arrived was very pleasing too. Nothing fancy but everything had a name written on it and the food was hot. The only downfall was that the food was too bland. There was not enough seasoning on the meats. The guacamole was hand made and it was delicious it was the first to go.

Terrible Attitude, Bland Food.
I've been to this place a couple times in the past and had reliable (if not terribly memorable) food and service. I returned recently, ordered carry-out (4 entrees and 2 sides) and was told 35 minutes. reasonable expectation. I didn't leave the restaurant with my food until an hour and 10 minutes after I placed my order. And the owner's attitude to the multiple people waiting too long for their carry out was terrible, terrible, terrible -- disorganized and confrontational. The food was lukewarm when I did get it. And when we ate it, it was greasy and plain. I'd like to say we caught them on a bad night, but I'm not going to chance it ordering here again.

DIrty and cramped Mexican restauarant.
Very odd little restaurant, kind of cramped and dirty, tables just shoved up against booths. Food is quick but not memorable. Servers are hard working and friendly. Parking lot is a nightmare right off Woodward and very limited space. Food is typical MExican fare. Not memorable.

Good service, very average taste for entre. No Kick!.
Stopped by during Cruise and service was pleasant but I was disappointed in Combination Entre. Ample Beans and Rice, cool enchalada and mystery of the meat in the Chimi. I'll go again but this was unexpected. I know good Tex/Mex and look forward to better try next time.

Best Kept Secret in the Detroit Area!.
I believe it is family owned and run. The place is hopping every night, so get there early! The food is wonderful, authentic, and fresh! To make up for the lack of a liquor license they serve wonderful fresh fruit smoothies. My favorite is the milk and honey drink. I have been to all the restaurants in Mexican Town and believe me they have nothing over this little gem, tucked away in the suburbs! Try it once and you will be back!

authentic.
Outside of going downtown to the Mexicantown part of Detroit this is the most authentic Mexican Food you can find around here. The food is fresh and in generous portions. No liquor lisense though, so you can't have your beer with your meal.
