HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I took my custom made true white wedding dress to janet Davis on Nov. of 2008 and my pick up date was supposed to be in feb. of 09. Unfirtunately i had a horrible experience, my dress was at their cleaners for exactly one year. I had them touch up a few minor sewing repairs on the bottom of the dress, and they kept telling me that the seamstress is still working on the dress. And then aother time i called to check the status of dress, an employee told me it was never sent out, and it will be ready in a month. After the dress "came back" from the seamstress they were gonna begin the cleaning process. And like the girl Noor i too had to call back every 2 weeks. And one time when i called the owner came on the phone and told me to come and pick up the dress if im gonna keep complaining about the delay. My mother and I finally went into Janet Davis because they toold us the dress was finally ready, and when we arrived the dress was ivory!!! MY DRESS WAS ORIGINALLY PURE WHITE!!! And then none of the repairs were made. My dress was there for exactly one year and never preserved!! i will never suggest them to anyone. All the employees are unprofessional and extremely rude. The owner didnt care that he changed the color of my dress. i had never been so livid in my entire life.

Beware..... SCAM ARTISTS!!! LIARS!!!. I took my wedding dress in on on 1/9/09, my ticket said the due date for my dress was 2/11/09, my dress was ready for pick up 4/18/09. I called them on the due date and every two weeks after that because everytime I called they told me my dress would be ready in 2 weeks and I had sold the dress and needed to ship it out. Everytime I called they gave me the runaround, one lady told me it is clean and needed to be pressed, then I called 2 weeks later and they said there were stains on it and they need to clean the dress again. This story goes on and on about how they are taking the dress to a specialist because they cant get the stains out and more and more excuses. When I went to finally pick up my dress, the spots they were tryiny to get out for 3 MONTHS were still there. The spots were never there to begin with, but they claimed that they were and I made the mistake by not taking a picture of the dress before hand. I asked for a discount on the dress for my inconvenience and since I had to refund my buyer $200.00 for the delay in shipping and for the few spots that are now on the dress thanks to Janet Davis who are supposedly "the wedding dress cleaning specialists." My friend warned me about them and told me not to take it there but I was too stubborn to listen, they seem really nice when you first go in, but there customer service is terrible when your at their mercy! The owner of the cleaners is rude as well. Usually business owners want to keep there customers happy, but he was very rude and very insulting. I never write reviews about anything because I just dont care enough to, but people need to know about this place.

Not to be trusted with anything special.. I believed their advertising hype/sales pitch, and entrusted them with my wedding gown and veil to clean and preserve in early 2008. They had me come in, and approve the cleaning of the gown before it was shipped out to be preserved (nice touch). The dress came back, and they acknowledged that there was a mix up and my veil was not shipped. After months of stalling, one of the "girls" slipped-- they "lost" it. Save yourself a lot of headaches and heartache, and take your special items to some place else.

The only cleaners I trust my wardrobe to. I was upset at another Dry Cleaners so a friend recommended Janet Davis Cleaners. Dave (I'm assuming he is the owner) and his crew are fantastic. My clothes always come out looking like new, the customer service is great and best of all they deliver. I put my clothes in their bag, they pick it up, clean everything, hang it up on the bar in my garage, and then send me a bill once a month. If you're looking for a new cleaners, I highly recommend Janet Davis Cleaners.

Great for Brides!. After my wedding this fall, I was looking for a place to have my wedding dress preserved. Many cleaners I called were not very informative. When I called Janet Davis to inquire about their preservation process - I was sold!! Their staff was polite, and very well informed of the process. I trusted them with my dream dress!! My wedding dress was ready in about a month and a half - which seemed like no time at all. Janet Davis put my dress in an acid free chest and guarenteed it for life against yellowing and creases!! I would highly recommend Janet Davis to ANYONE looking for bridal preservation. I am now a full customer - their dry cleaning is outstanding!

Best Dry Cleaners In Town. Janet Davis Cleaners is the best dry cleaner I?ve ever been to. The staff is courteous, my clothes come out looking great, and if I ever have a problem (which is extremely rare), they handle it quickly. Now, you?re probably thinking that this is what you should expect from all dry cleaners, and it is, but everybody else local falls short of this, sometimes very short. Now, this isn?t the cheapest place on earth, but I?m not holding it against them because you get what you pay for, hands down.
