Best Flowers in Detroit and Metro area.. When people come to Party Cakes in Berkley to buy cakes, especially wedding cakes, we often get asked if we could recommend a florist or photographer. We have been involved with many businesses in the Detroit area. By far, we highly recommend Andy and the staff at Affordable Flowers on Woodward in Royal Oak. Andy is one of the most talented floral designers we have had the pleasure of working with. Always pleasant, up to the minute with his designs. They give the customer great service and an exceptional value for the brides, and other customers, who are on strict budgets.
