fast and friendly customer service.. After long waits at the bigbox stores for computer repair. I decided on a change, Computer Services Of Michigan has much better prompt service than the big box stores that take weeks for fixing computers. I am a satisfied customer that had my computer fixed a few times after getting computer crashes. They put in a new hard drive and installed antivirus software. Its unfortunate that we have ameture reporters attempting the impossible

Absolutely Awful! Terrible Customer Service! Do Not Know What They're Doing!. Save your time and money! I would not recommend this store to anyone. They do not know what they're doing! Very incompetent! Save yourself some aggrevation, go somewhere else for computer repairs!!!!

AVOID THIS STORE!!!. Very poor service, big cheaters. They claimed to have repaired my computer but, only to find out after paying $300, that it had completely blank screen and nothing was done. When I called to report, they told me "I AM lying", They took my money but computer had to be given to another store and was finally repaired by the other store.

Work Done Well!!!!. Oh No! No one wants it to happen but it did to me! My hard drive decided to flush itself down the toilet. Now being an attorney things like that just cannot happen. I took my computer to the staff at Computers of Michigan. They treated me as if I was the only client that exisisted. I recieved my computer back within two business days after a data recovery program was ran on it. I was informed that some data was lost but they recovered most of it. They also provided me with backups and all the informaiton which they recovered. Though they informed me that data was lost, it was so insignificant that I have not even discovered where or what is missing. Great job my friends at Computers of Michigan! Thank you for the help you gave me and doing such a fantastic job!
