I was disappointed in the service I received at this little shop. I went in expecting great customer service, but left very disappointed. I special ordered an item and when I was disappointed with the way it turned out, instead of trying to correct it the owner got angry. Go to a chain, at least they are willing to listen and make you happy and not so worried about losing a buck!
