Horrid Service and Policies. I have been a frequent diner at the Shores Inn for several years now however this year I have had several horrible experiences there and I will never again go there nor will my friends. My boyfriend & I were doing the hall of foam and were halfway done w/ the 150 exotic beers and they lost our lists only to say here's a new one start over!! The beers on this list are not cheap some are even $15 ea. & they didn't care & acted like we were liying. I have had poor, poor service everytime I have been in there this year the most recent time being labor day weekend. This past weekend I found a charge on my bank acct from the SI for a meal that we at in March that we paid for and that cleared my acct. and all they can say is it's our computer's fault. BS! No warning or apology or anything....they stole from me and I am going to take appropriate action.

I will for sure never be dining at this place again unless management and staff changes. Get people that work for you and treat your customers nice not people that are always unhappy and dirty looking.

Late night service. After having a nice dinner out in RO. My girlfriend and I decided to make a stop on our way home for a few adult beverages. So why not stop in to SI! We go there some what regularly. So what would make one think different about this encounter. As we found a small high rise quickly sat to ensure we had a table. Before we could even look over the drink menu our waiter greeted us, and asked if we would like to place an order. We asked for a couple of waters before we figured out what to have. Although with doing so we did not figure this would have been the last time we saw our waiter(this is now the second encounter with this young waiter, with the same results). So after not seeing him for oh 30 mins, but then see him sitting at a table chatting with some females we figured to just call it a night(mind you that if it would have been busy we would have understood).

good service. i whent here the other day for the first time and got excellent service. her name was alex she was very friendly,fast, attentive and had our table laughing the whole time . our food was fast and yummy, even without the good food i would come back for the excellent service!!

Shores Inn Food & spirits. I would say service is very good and very friendly day or night.

I have never had a bad meal. Stake tips are exceptional

I go out of my way to eat there. I would give it four stares

Bear is cold and you can have it in a frosted mug.

You can play games on line. Watch your favorite sports team and play the lotto

All in a great with a great atmosphere and great location.

If you have never been there you should go now tonight.

Bad Service. I have to admit I go here often, but the service has always been horrible. I usually order another drink once they bring one to me, in hopes that the next one arrives by the time I finish the first.

Recent Changes. Service is terrible, long and when it finally happens, incorrect! Food is still good; when you can get it. Pricing is decent, however very crowded and noisy. Not worth the aggravation and surliness from the inept wait staff.

The dark, wood-paneled ambience and rough charm of the Shores Inn make it the perfect place to watch a football game, gab with friends and scarf down a juicy hamburger all at the same time. The menu is proudly American, featuring steak, pizza and chili. The restaurant fills up fast on the weekends as singles mingle at the bar and couples stake out the dining room. Kids are welcome diners here as well.
