I don't know whether it was because I bought inexpensive glasses ($120 with $100 covered by insurance), but it took over TWO MONTHS to get them. I stopped by, called three times, and each time they told me they would call as soon as they looked into the situation. Not one callback. Today I finally picked them up and was told they were out of stock until recently. That's fine, but they should keep customers in the loop, not ignore them. The resident opthalmalogist is very thorough and respectful, but the support staff is awful. Unfortunately my insurance mandates that I go here, so next time around I'll probably just buy some cheap cheaters.
