Best Restaurant Ever. From the first time we ever had the pleasure of Ruths Chris Steak House we just can't seem to get enough. A friend suggested since we enjoyed Ruths Chris so much we try another steak house. Wasn't even comparable. Ruths Chris has it all. From the atmosphere, the prompted seating a staff that excepts all, the food and the best for last The Steak (tenderest, juicest, mouth watering and melt in your mouth) flavor ever. Great Job Ruths Chris!

The best steak ever.... Absolutely the best steak I have ever had! The hot plates seem to keep the steak hot until the very end...if you can finish it all. I've also dined at the one in Honolulu but the steak in Detroit was far superior. Great atmosphere and excellent service.

pcasti. Ruth's Chris Steak House is the same wherever you go and that is a ten rating. Consistentcy no matter where you visit one. Having traveled extensively and to many locales during my professional and personal life it is with sincere gratitude that I gave a ten rating to this organization. Also noticed in reviewing some of the low ratings they primarily involved price. The one item they probably overlooked is the double pork chops for a very reasonable price. "Get Real", price does count and most times has an undue influence on a rating.

Great food!. The steakburger is exceptional for lunch, although a little pricey. Everything is a la carte, so be careful or you could spend more than you think. Keep in mind, however, that these items are enough for 2-3 people.

OVER-RATED !!!. Visited 12/2002,

The atmosphere was not "at all" what I expected.

I was attempting to have a quiet dinner with a date, and was disappointed with exactly the opposite. The server was somewhat Rushed, the seating was cramped, and it was difficult to carry a conversation with my date without yelling.

I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant for a date or when planning an event for a group.

Quite Over-Priced also !!

We drove a 122 Miles to get there. My family visited Ruth Chris's Steak House in the Detroit area recently. We were delighted by the quality of the food and the fine service. We traveled 122 miles one way to arrive there. It was worth the time and drive through holiday traffic.

The steaks were sizzling and full of flavor while being cooked exactly to our order.

Absolutely the best!. There isnt any other steakhouse that could stand up to Ruth's Chris Steak house. Here in Detroit or anywhere else. I was just in Cancun 2 weeks ago and ate at the one there. Same goes for the one in Chicago. The food is always spectacular!

Stellar Steaks. How could anyone even put "Outhouse Steak House" as a second to Ruth's?

An insult to an establishment that offers one of the finest dining experiences and stellar cuisine that is out of the world not to mention service that is second to none.

Outback may offer dining that an inner-city resident thinks is what steak is all about but Ruths truly separates the classes and the discriminating diner.
