New owner and the food is awesome! It is my new favorite restaurant. If you have been here before when the old owners were there you need to go back. You will enjoy the great tasting food. Haven't had Chinese food this good in years.

Best Chinese I've ever had. Kim Toa is the best Chinese food in the Warren area. The food has great flavor, it's not bland like other chinese places around. The staff is always friendly, they treat you like you're family. If you're looking for great chinese this is definitely the place.

The Food is great. Try the seafood warr barr soup,It is the best!The one young waitress is very rude,but terry the owner is a very nice person.
