never again!. I brought my engagement ring here and had the bands done. I also purchased my husbands ring and had his watch engraved all around the same time. The custom work they did on my ring was horrible, I can't believe that an artist would do work like this and say "I’m very happy with my work”. When I had my husbands watch engraved it was engraved wrong and after a few weeks my husbands realized that he was allergic to the wedding band and could not wear it (they were no help at all). NOW, 5 months later I had a diamond fall out and they said, “It does not fall under their diamond guarantee because it was from wear and tear”. Give me a break! I could see with my bare eyes from the very beginning that the bands are uneven, very poor work. I can't believe I spent a bunch of money at this place. I will never go in there again.

I went to a few other jewelers before going to Lavdas, I am so happy that I walked through that door! I found the heart shaped diamond that I wanted, and had them create a unbelievably beautiful setting for me. It is just what I wanted and more! I am so proud when I see my ring sparkle like mad on my finger, it is so amazing. Everyone at Lavdas is so nice and so very helpful, you will NOT find pricing anyplace around as good as Lavdas, Nick guarantees the lowest prices TRUST me I am the type of person to shop around, do homework on the internet, compare prices so when I tell you that you won't find a better price on diamonds around Michigan I am 110% percent correct! Don't waste your time and money going any place else, because their is NO comparison!
