Extremely poor customer service. Not service oriented.. I called to obtain information on ordering a cake, and trying to get information out of the sales person on the phone was like pulling teeth. she was definitely unconcerned about making a sale, and seemed put out in having to answer any questions. She cut me off serveral times while I was asking questions. This has been my bakery of choice in the past, but based on this recent encounter, I would NOT even think about ordering a cake from there. From what I've heard this is not an isolated incidence.
