Well, I assumed it wasn't just me. To Paris: It has nothing to do with your size. I am a 4 and was treated terribly as well. Everything was perfect (mostly) until the owner stepped in. She tried to blame me for blood on the dress that no one saw but herself. Her seamstress told me she did not take the bust in and the owner accused me of losing inches off my bust in 3 days. Don't you think my bra would no longer fit?

I attempted to explain to the owner that I am happy I have my dress, but this is poor customer service, so that maybe she could fix things with other customers. She couldn't understand a simple customer critique. She started yelling and acting crazy in the middle of her own store.

To summarize: I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Steer clear ladies.

BIG MISTAKE.... the staff and owner Alessandra was rude. I felt Extremely uncomfortable. At first I was very excited to be working with Nina the sales rep. but after my first fitting the owner stepped in to assist me. Ugh what really bothered me was her speaking Italian to the other staff while they did my alterations. Second, I didn't care for her nonchalant attitude. I've tried to have a positive attitude during every visit but each time was no different because of the extremely awful staff. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. First, I thought it was a RACE ISSUE but that wasn't it at all, it was a body issue. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR A BRIDE THAT'S A SIZE 12 PLUS..... THEY WILL TREAT YOU HORRIBLY!

Horrible experience. When I was planning my wedding I walked out of this store because they were extremely pushy. A friend of mine asked me to stand up in her wedding and then bought her dress & picked out bridesmaids dresses from Alessandra Bridal. They allowed her to make us get sized & order the dresses nearly a year before the wedding date, which is way to soon! They talked the other girls into ordering dresses 2 sizes larger than they really needed, which would make the alteration charges that much more costly to size them back down. Then the wedding was called off and the bridal shop refused to allow any kind of refund. The dresses were expensive. They told me the dresses were already ordered and they claimed they couldn't call to stop the order. They also said it would be 3 months for the dresses to come in. After 3 months came & went I called to find out where the dresses were and they told me it would be nearly another 2 months before the expected arrival date of the order. Sounds to me like someone lied to make a big sale. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Good Experience. Alessandra was the third place I looked for my wedding dress. I found it here! The shop is small, so the staff gave me extra attention. They helped me only look for dresses within my budget, and were honest when I tried on dresses. The ladies even had a "say yes to the dress" moment when I found my gown! All of thier gowns are beautiful here. Would recommend to others!

Excellent and Personal Service!!. I went shopping for my wedding dress for the first time...and the dress I was looking for was at Alessandra's so my mother and I headed up there...and little did we know we would have the greatest experience shopping for a dress!!! They brought me the dress I wanted along with about 6 more. I tried all of them on with great help from one of thier consultants her name was Sally...she kept me laughing and having a great time but was also very professional!! I felt like I was the complete center of attention!!! They were definitely willing to work with me as far as my budget goes. Found a great dress that was under my budget and found a great veil to go with it!! It was definitely a very pleasant and fun experience....isn't that what it should be when shopping for your wedding dress?? I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!! My mother and I had a great experience!! Also...the moment my consultant Sally found out I was buying the gown...she immediately busted out into her You Found the Dress Dance!! I had a great time trying on dresses here!! So glad I could have a great experience!!

Horrible. Horrible!!!

I was in a search for my bridal gown and as many other brides I visited few places trying to find the perfect dress and perfect deal. One of those places was Alessandra. I told them how big my budget is and ask not to bring anything that I can’t afford so I will not fell in love with the expensive dress. They had the dress I want plus some other once. The lady that was helping me of course brings out dress that was 50% more then I could afford. But I put it on I look gorgeous in it! When I asked for price and perhaps some deals the manager and sales lady did not helped me at all. They said when I order the dress and put the deposit down then they will give me some deal. I just simply asked them if they go to the store pick something that they like and find out how much it cost at the cash register. It is unheard of to make the purchase without knowing the price.

Next day I order my dress (the out of my price range) from another bridal store. About 2 hours after the sales lady calls me and ask if she can place the order for me. I said no because I order my dress already. When she heard that she automatically was very mean to me, telling me that they have better deals (she did not give me any) and that I made mistake ordering from someone else. Two minutes after that the manager calls jelling at me and saying that I got the wrong dress because they are the only one that carries that designer and calling me a liar! What a B…!

Please do not go there! They don’t care about you – they care about the sales and your money!!! To me you should have great experience picking up your dress!!! That is not with them for sure.

Great experience with personal touch. Spotted an ad for Alessandra from a local wedding magazine. Thought I would go see it since it was near my house. I wasn't disappointed. Flavia provided the best, most personal attention. I felt like i was the only bride around even though the place was busy. Tried on a half a dozen dresses. Fell in love with a few of them. Since it was my first shopping trip after getting engaged, I tried other bridal shops, but kept thinking about my positive experience at Alessandra's and the second dress I tried on there. Went back a few days later and purchased it. Can't wait to see it when it comes in.

If you want special, one-on-one treatment, go here. Dress selection is fantastic. I ended up with a dress I would have never tried on.

Best place for wedding attire!!!. What a wonderful experience I had shopping for my wedding dress here at Alessandra's. My consultant Sally made it fun and not stressful for me and my mother. I was amazed at the huge selection and variety of dresses right there in the store. Alessandra has been genuine and kind with me at all of my fittings. I was told initially when ordering my gown that Alessandra herself would be in charge of all my fittings and that is exactly what happened. My dress has been impeccably tailored and I feel as if I could never have received the service and knowledge at any other bridal shop. I am so glad that I am an Alessandra bride!!!

AWESOME!!!. I loved Alessandra bridal! They go above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect dress for your perfect day! They will help you with any bridesmaid issues and are always willing to help you try on any dress. I tried on about 75 dresses there at 3 different times, everytime they were more then willing to help me no matter how many different dresses I wanted to try! Plus the ladies there are amazing!

Great Bridal Selection. I visited Alessandra Bridal after looking at various bridal salons and still in search of the perfect dress. When I called to schedule an appointment they were helpful and I was able to get right in. The staff was very friendly upon arrival I had a consultantion with Flavia, she asked what I was looking for in a dress, my price range, then began to pull some off the racks.

After trying on about 5 dresses, I found my perfect dress. Alessandra's staff was good at helping to add accessories with a veil and tiara, describing the bustle and making me feel like a princess. My mom had been with me and when I walked out of the room, she lost it. When I saw myself in the mirror, I knew that it was the one! I felt wonderful and knew that it was exactly what I was looking for.

I have just recently ordered my dress and am excited to get it. The only thing that my dress didn't have , that I was looking for, were buttons down the back of the zipper; thankfully Alessandra's said they would be able to put buttons on for me. I am grateful for visiting the salon and am very excited about my upcoming wedding. I would highly reccomend Alessandra's to those looking for the perfect dress, they have a great selction to choose from! Thanks again Flavia!
